Very dodgy and suspicious business…

Very dodgy and suspicious business practice.

They advertise a free trial, but once you enter your card details they charge $99 without consent.

Their explanation is that this is a “pre-authorisation hold” of $99, which is released after seven days. They claim it is used to prevent fraud or the use of invalid cards.

This is not clearly disclosed, is misleading, and is not acceptable. A free trial should not involve placing a large hold or charge on a customer’s card without explicit and prominent consent.

Scammy Free trial at 99$ upfront.

They make you su subscribe for a "free trial" of a membership, but then they charge you 99 dollars from that.

If you ask for a refund (I got rebilled a hour before it expired while i was about to cancel), then there's a 25% "admin fee".

I don't know about the service. But the customer service is scammy to say the least.
