Useless WiFi 🤬😠😡
We are one of many holiday owners on a holiday park in Somerset, where the owners have chosen Infinium for WiFi.
Infinium claim to specialise in custom WiFi set ups for holiday parks, caravans etc
Well I speak for many others on our holiday park when I say Infinium's WiFi is virtually non-existent!!!
Countless disconnections!! So damned infuriating when trying to do the simplest of tasks!!
Despite saying connected, if you are lucky enough to connect that is, the WiFi does NOT DO ANYTHING!! Just freezes....... never loads etc
RUDE AND UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES 😡😡😡
Despite ringing up countless times to ask for the problems to be resolved, you just get told that you are connected so it is working.
WELL I CAN TELL INFINIUM IT IS NOT!! ASK THE OTHER HOLIDAY OWNERS TOO!
Worst WiFi ever!! If you can get it for longer than a couple of minutes that is 😩😩😡
SLOW is not the word. Non Existent is more accurate!! 😠😤😤😤🤬😠😡
