It was a very expensive lesson for me to learn....
I hired this company to manage my social media and was extremely disappointed with the results. In the first post they used the wrong business name, no contact information and emphasized services that are not the focus of my business. The post was EXTREMELY unprofessional, made 100% with AI, did not convey the culture of my company or had any message to the customer. It was something that was thrown together by some young kid who has no knowledge of marketing or how the algorithms work. I expected a professional who would take the time to understand my brand before publishing content. Unfortunately, that did not happen. When I expressed my disappointment and asked for my money back, I was told that there are no refunds, which says to me that they do not guarantee their service (most companies have "30 day satisfaction guarantee" clause in the contract). After a long back-and-forth they finally told me that THEY don't want to work with me and will only refund me 75% of what I paid. It was a very expensive lesson for me to learn. I paid for a service that, in my experience, fell far below my expectations, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. FYI! When trying to find them on Google Maps, their address is a photo of an empty parking lot...BEWARE!
