Had a battery fail within a year of installation. Fully reported through the installer. Have had pickups promised many times and replacement due to be delivered.
Now over 2 months later still sat with a dead battery waiting for it to be sorted.
No contact on any of the failed pickup times and promised pickups mean nothing from this company.
For over 10 weeks I have had a solar system not working due to the 2 HANCHU ESS batteries failing.
Today after constant chasing and emails and phone calls
2 engineers arrived to replace batteries that were still under warranty.
Although my batteries had failed they were I. Pristine condition.
The batteries I have recieved do work but are dirty scratched and have odd labels stuck on them and look extremely 2nd hand.
I have requested these be uplifted and replaced with batteries in a more suitable condition as these are located in a bedroom.
3 times I requested information on condition and age of replacements but was totally ignored
So far no one from infinity innovations supplier
