Our experience was excellent. The car was in good condition, the price was reasonable, and the staff was excellent.

Service was amazing. They called me a few times ahead of time, even though they were having trouble reaching my cell number. They scheduled a ride for me to get picked up as soon as I landed. Amazing service from the drivers to the front desk. Will definitely use their services in the future.

We had a great experience with our rental. Pickup at airport was great. Customer service from beginning to end was great. Car was just great too!

It is important to note this: book directly with THEM or be aware that no car anywhere in the world is 10 dollars a day😊. I booked with capital one and it was just a hold and not the full price, which was completely different due to mandatory insurance. Once you know this, the process is super simple for both pick up and return. Service was wonderful with bilingual staff, and the SUV was clean, good on gas, and just great to have! I will definitely book through them again.

Infinity Car Rental Cancun delivered a smooth experience. The car was clean and ready, and pickup was easy. Insurance options were pricey. I recommend to research insurance options before booking, or consider booking directly with Infinity.

Rented cars from them on two different occasions. I checked several other spots and they had the best price both times. They're super friendly, helpful, and available on WhatsApp for any issues or incidents. One thing to know: they don't fill the gas tank, you simply return it at the same level you got it. There was a misunderstanding about water damage at one point, but after I raised it with them they withdrew the claim right away, so I'm happy with how they handled it

I am very satisfied with the service, both the pick up from the airport, to the car rental office was very good, the car was a different make than the one we rented, but it was fairly new and in very good condition.
It was my first rental in cancun with them and I will rent again, the company I used before had extremely long lines.

My experience was great! The lady at the airport, the young man that drove me from the airport to Infinity office near by and the lady at the counter were very nice to me and did their job real well. The car a rented was fine.

The car was quite dirty in the sense that it had been to the beach and there was sand in the interior; also somo of the engine warning lights were on all the time. The staff at the Mérida offcie were helpful and polite and I got a great del because of those details. The person that handed me the keys was really through with the explanation as to why the light were on. The car had no mechanical issues whatsoever and I do really appreciate the extra effort put into the deal.
