Worst experience ever
It's just sad that the fault driver hit my car was insured with infinity. Worst experience with insurance company I ever had. My car was his when the other driver trying to park. Never be able to contact my adjuster, every time I call I was transfered to another person. My body shop got approval from them for the estimated repair cost around 12k and then they only tell me that they will only cover 10k after the repair is almost finished. It has been two months now still no one contacted me.If I knew so I would just use my own policy at the first time.

Infinity Insurance Company the most ignorant customer service ever. They would not take care of people whose cars are damaged by their insured drivers.

I am writing to you in connection with the accident in which your insured driver M F rear-ended my Hyundai Tucson 2020. I am very frustrated with your handling of the situation. I have been trying to connect with your employees so many times and there isn't any response to my inquiries for quicker appraisal of the damages and approval of the funds for the repair of my vehicle. Moreover, numerous times I asked you about a rental car so I don't pay so much with my credit cards. I tried to call so many times to no avail. I am so exhausted and frustrated to deal with all this. The police report is ready. If you want I can send you a copy. There you can find your "investigative details" and see that your insured diver M F was at fault for the accident. I Left so many messages to Nathalie A and Americo O and nobody answers them. Please, resolve this situation ASAP. The distress in our lives becomes unbearable!

Nobody still bothered to call me and resolve my issue. It is the most ignorant company ever. Their driver rear-ended our car while we were standing on a red light on a traffic light! He confessed to the police officer that his brakes wouldn't stop and still they had to "investigate"! I sent them the police report too because "they were not allowed to obtain it before 30 days after the accident" as their adjuster Americo O said?! The report clearly states who is at fault. I will attach it to the link below. And here I am, running debt on my credit cards for rental cars, my car sits at the shop waiting on their "investigation" and our lives are a mess.
On top of that, good luck connecting with any of them!

my accident happened about 9 months ago ,A truck ran a red light and struck my truck damaging my front end.I reported accident right away to my insurance .needless to say police report came back undetermined ,meaning insurance had to resolve who was at fault.Well this got a lot complicated with me ,come to find out his insurance company was the same as mine, they were completely not helpful at all, A few weeks pass and I get a letter from insurance company saying it was my fault , So my next step was to get counseling from a lawyer, I spoke to two of them and there response were the same . This is a good opportunity for insurance company's not to pay .So this was the end result, I got kicked to the curb by this insurance company ....they just want to get out of paying any claim.

Infinity insurance is the worst, I have been with them over the years and I missed my payment date due to there offices not accepting payments which it was an Saturday so I called them to let them know the next business day that I couldn’t make my payment on line our over the phone because they blocked my policy and they made me fill out a form and to reinstate my policy and when I tried to make the payment it was telling me my policy was cancel and I called customer service back and she told me give it 30 mins to an hour I did so still wouldn’t let me make my payment I went online still it kept saying locked to make a long story short they gave me the run around for four days and when they finally got my payment it was on the 31st and they waited 9 days to take the payment out my account which interfered with my other bills and sent there payment back and now they want file my cliam

I had an accident with one of their policy holders on 01/16/20 and have contacted the adjuster several times and still have been given the run. Every time I call it is the same issue that they need some information from their insured before they can clear coverage. I think they should look at my car and give me a rental and they have yet to do it. At this point I need a lawyer to get involved do not appreciate the lack of communication and business not professional at all. The insurer has taken responsibility and is at fault based on their statement.

They steal your money, hidden fees and charges. Frivolous claims and assumptions.
I've been with infinity for around 3 month's now. So far every month something or other has came up as an issue and had to pay the initial amount and reinstate my policy. They claim other drivers and request a fine or original initial payment and start my policy all over again. If someone else was driving my car I would of put them on the initial application and excluded them from the beginning. They claimed because of a phone call they made to me and who lives in my house hold that they determined someone else might drive my car even though I never said someone else drives it or even has a driver license to operate any motor vehicle. After heated discussion on how they take it upon them selves to think that there might be other drivers is just an excuse to rob us of our hard earned money. It's bad enough dealing with registration suspension fees for no insurance with the crooks at the DMV and then to be having to go through this nonsense is absurd. I have a little one with me when I go out and to already been without insurance because of something they "think" is totally unprofessional and scary for me. God forbid something happens I get in an accident and the whole time my insurance is suspended because of an assumption they make is not cool at all. I went ahead and cancelled and now I'm looking to go to another insurance company hopefully more professional and not trying to get me for my hard earned money for ridiculous claims. If it was up to me they wouldn't get no stars at all.

My vehicle was hit by one of their customers on November 17th. It took 2 weeks to get a rental car and then a month for them to determine it was a total loss. They still owe me over $1700 and adjuster on my claim is now on a leave of absence. His supervisor has blocked my emails and refuses to return my call. I'm having to go to my local news channel to see if I can get some help to get this claim closed. This is truly an awful company. The very first adjuster I had advised me "she only works Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and she's very over worked plus their insureds come first." Good luck to anyone who has to work with them. Just go straight to an attorney or your local news channel to help you. Also I get the email address to his supervisor and he blocks my messages. I have been reading through all these reviews and have to laugh as infinity is always saying once you contact them they will have someone call you back. This is a complete lie. I have been calling daily Monday to Friday for weeks with no response.

they take forever to deal with your issue. They never pick up calls ... and those assigned adjusters are the worst ... this is what the voicemail say: You have reached the voice mail of "adjuster name" i'm currently in the office but assisting another customer right now ; please leave your name phone number claim number and the reason for the call and I will give you a call back . If you call before 3pm I will return your call by the end of the day and if you called after 3pm I will return your call by the the next following day by 10 am... " common guys why would you leave such voicemail when you know you will not or might not call as your voicemail says? You better change that voicemail and say something like" I will return your call as soon as I can" ... this is much more understandable
And you guys need to stop ignoring your customers ... you need to know that communication is the key... we will appreciate and understand if you guys tell us that the issue is gonna take a little longer and we need to be patient rather than not saying anything and ignoring us like you guys don't care . I mentioned that since the incident my car is making a noise which is getting worst everyday I keep driving it like that and since I am still waiting and still don't know how long is gonna take for my car to be fix... I am glad I don't have insurance with them and I will never get insurance with infinity either with its third parties affiliate and I will never advise somebody to get insurance with this company. Does this company actually exist?
I was in an accident where an Infinity customer was at fault on Nov. 1st. They admitted it at the scene to me and the police, and it was clear they caused it. I got a voicemail from an Infinity agent a few days later asking me to provide a statement so the claim could be processed. I called them at least 5 times and got their voicemail every time, never got a call back to my messages so I finally left the statement on their voicemail. Needing my car fixed ASAP, I went through my insurance to cover the damages, who said I would get my $500 deductible back as soon as Infinity processed the claim. It's been 3 months and no word.
I've called the Infinity agent multiple times, never gotten an answer or return call. I've probably spent a combined 3 hours on hold with the general line number (including my entire 30 minute lunch break today) and never gotten someone to pick up.
The only time I've heard from them since that one voicemail was when another agent called me about a month later about the WRONG ACCIDENT. He said they must have mixed up the claim numbers, but when I tried to talk to him about my accident he said that would need to go through the agent who may or may not actually still be employed by Infinity.

If you want to pay monthly fees and receive horrible customer service and have them leave you in isolation when you get into an accident, then this may be a good fit.
In all honestly, I would NOT recommend this insurance company. Shop somewhere else because Infinity Auto Insurance stands for money eaters, but when an accident comes along, they make sure to find every possible act to back off by finding any possible (again possible) excuse to not cover a penny of damages from their pockets. They do NOT commit to the customer. They do NOT commit their customers.
My mom had an accident on December 28th, 2019. She was not at fault. I upload photos online for them to review and gave them the license plate of the car that hit my mom. I was told that the claims department guy was going to call me, and he never did. The claim department guy gave my mom his attitude with a rough tone. Boy, I know she can’t speak English, but she’s not dumb. Even when I email him the police report, he never looked at it. It was only after following up that I was on the phone with him that he was reviewing the police report on the information he was waiting on to reopen my case, but he closed it. Endless calls, endless follow ups (me doing all the work they should be doing as employees/ insurance company) and no picks and no email responses. It’s a disgrace to be earning your income by lying to people.
INFINITY, please be honest to your costumers, be straight with them on what you are selling them – YOU ARE SELING THEM AN EMPTY PRODUCT. DON’T JUST PICK UP YOUR CHECK EVERY MONTH AND EXPECT NOT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES WHEN NEED. I’m taking my money where I can protect my vehicle and get real service.

Worst ? Worst it’s too little of a word, how is it that we set to pay monthly $170.00 and out of the blue were supposed to pay $300.00 because of a change of address. I will never use this company again. When we decide there is not way we’re going to pay that amount, they force us to pay $84.00 because we change from them to another company!!!!

This insurance company is a bunch of crooks. My sisters car was parked in front of her apartment the guy that had infinity insurance ran into it and his insurance isn’t even talking to my sister who by the way is in the hospital now. No she wasn’t in the car when it was wrecked. They just will not do their job! My sister needs to go to dialysis three times a week and they have to call a cab because infinity refuses to pay for the rental of a car or any car while their other car is not being repaired because they’re not doing that either do not use this insurance company!!!

Don't get screwed
I got insurance thru Infinity paid in full then was told they would not insure my truck so to cancel my policy they would charge me plus a 20.00 cancellation fee. Took my money in 30 seconds off my credit card and said it would take three weeks to get my money back. I don't recommend this company to anyone. Run don't walk away and find another company.
