I highly suggest all those that are…

I highly suggest all those that are having issues with this company should contact the better business bureau. This company should be shut down. My husband had an accident since November 14, almost lost his and his daughters life. NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALLLL. THE ADJUSTER IS VERY RUDE AND ALL THEY KEEP DOING IS SENDING HIM ON A WILD GOOSE CHASE. HIS CAR WAS TOTALED AND THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES JUST SO THEY WONT PAY HIM FOR THE VEHICLE. IM WITH GEICO, ONE OF THE BEST INSURANCE COMPANIES. I WOULD NEVER AND I HOPE THIS COMPANY GOES OUT OF BUSINESS. JUST TERRIBLE.

Absolutely the WORST customer service…

Absolutely the WORST customer service of ANY company I've dealt with. Six weeks into my auto collision claim and they still have not transferred my car to the auto repair shop. The phone adjuster tries to talk over you as you speak and is absolutely no help.

I was involved in an accident on…

I was involved in an accident on December 1st which shattered my windshield. I immediately reported the accident and got a claim #, 20003643617, and I was informed an adjuster, Jessica Dunn, 205-803 8386, would call me within 24 hours. I received one phone call from her in four days and I have been trying to get back in touch with her to no avail. All my calls go right to her voice mail. I am presently on hold waiting to talk to a supervisor at Infinity and have been on hold for 38 minutes at this moment. I just got dropped from my call and plan to cancel my policy with Infinity as soon as possible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

Just answering machines and no call backs.....disgraceful Company

On Nov. 2nd I was broad sided by a lady texting at around 30 MPH and I was running around the same speed. I was out of control at that time and went through a cinder block building. Trapped for over an hour in the van, She had no valid license but was insured by Infinity. They were quick to call but now it's Dec.4th and after calling the adjuster and his supervisor numerous times they won't return my call. I'm out of work now with no van and therapy three to four times a week and still nothing from them. I've hired an attorney but it looks like I'll have to mortgage my property to get another van.

Only because there is not an option to…

Only because there is not an option to give 0 stars they get one. WORST AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. You have been warned, stay away from them. Only because somebody is in fault of a accident doesn't mean they deserve the worst, unattentive, waiting for 2 months to get a resolution- customer service. But whenever is time to collect their payment oh yeah that the only time when they are fast.

Worst insurance

I put one star because is the only choice for the review. On October 19, 2019 my car was parked in reverse in the parking lot of a shopping center and when I returned to the car they had crashed it. I asked several people and nobody saw anything. I quickly took my car to the body shop and from there I did all the management with the insurance company INFINITY, the worst insurance company there is. They asked me how it was and I told them how the accident was. The body shop did everything as the car was dismantled in front of the person the insurance sent. After a few days without me knowing that the case was under investigation, Mr. Demis Diaz, Senior Special Investigator, 305 506 2403 communicated with me. The day he contacted me to tell me that the damage to the car did not match the way I said the hit was ,He said he gave me the opportunity to say what really happened ... I felt it was a tremendous lack of respect because it made me feel like I was lying to him, when I had hit a car in the back the way he said the accident happens when he wasn't there and me either, I would reported it anyway because I paid insurance for that, but I couldn't lie. Then I contacted my adjuster Nekisha Mims 205 588 3170 and I found out that the case was closed, because I called her because she never communicated with me at any time. She says that I close the case for the decision of Mr. Demis and Mr. Demis says that the one who makes that decision is Mrs. Mims who is the adjuster of the claim. So since that was their decision telling me from the beginning what happened and they want me to lie, I can't give them the pleasure of lying. Now I will have to do everything through a lawyer, to solve the situation. I would never have had insurance like this in life if I had read all the bad reviews before.

A representative from infinity…

A representative from infinity contacted me and unfortunately nothing could be done about my situation. I would not recommend this car insurance to anyone since you will still have to pay your deductible even if someone else hit you. Reply with this to Infinity-

This company is not good at all

This company is not good at all. Its been 2 months since my totaled loss and they are not doing nothing to help. My adjuster Roxana Renteria Phone: 1-818-854-3144 is not helping at all. I'm going to fill out a claim at the the California Department of insurance and also I'm going to join a class action against them.

This company is bat sh!t crazy!!

This company is bat sh!t crazy! I was hit by one of their drivers, and the police report clearly states it was her fault. The damn Supervisor that sounded like a robot reading from a script. " Wendell Lambert" Email Wendell.lambert@kemper ...gave me excuse after excuse. Saying they were going to continue to deny the claim until they verify with the police. What the hell! WOW.
It's so apparent this companies MO is to DENY ALL CLAIMS. Take their clients money and JUST SAY NO to their responsibility. What a nightmare.

Hi my name is Beverly Simon and I was involved in a accident on the 25th of October that wasn't my fault one of their insured driver hit my car and totaled Aubrey beca is my adjuster I only talked to her one time I have call her numerous times no answer the messages are full so you can't get in contact with her and Laura Jones is her supervisor and you cannot get in contact with her because her messages are full and now today she's on leave so I can't talk to no one when they don't answer their phone at this point I am so upset I do not know what to do I think I'm going to talk to attorney about this also they have my car at a insurance auction junkyard and the status on that waiting for title how can you be waiting on a title and I still owe on it customer service so awful the Adjusters is awful to I've never seen a insurance company like this terrible terrible terrible and all they do is tell lies they told me don't worry that they was going to take care of everything and the 25th of November will be a month 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 also going to make a complaint to the state commissioner for insurance on them this is uncalled for Infinity by Kemper Insurance Company someone need to do something about this insurance company

If I could give it no stars i would!

If I could give it no stars i would!! I was recently in a car accident, the other party carried this insurance. Infiniti is the worse company they never return calls, emails , faxes I had to involve a lawyer and infiniti doesn't seem to care who's involved they still won't reply. After many months infiniti paid out my car and gave me the lowest possible amount of money for my car.. keep in mind infiniti took my car a week later after the accident .. I have been careless since... DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. ALL OF THEM SUCK !!! JAVI THE ADJUSTER DOMINIQUE THE OTHER ADJUSTER!!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY !!!

God... Round 2

This is my second time dealing this this company. I'm trying to take my vehicle in for repairs and either Natalie or Americo my adjuster and his manager are reachable.
They are also not helping with getting me into a rental vehicle, rental reservation. I just had an accident in July and they provided me a rental and now my adjuster claims they only reimburse. He also asked me to contact him to get the estimate emailed to me. After calling him, because I'm using a different shop and probably because they sent a payment for some reason after I told them I plan to repair it at a shop, he is not being cooperative in providing the requested info.

Complete CROOKS!!

Complete CROOKS!!! If they could get 0 stars, they would! have a good driving record and never been involved in a major accident before. I had full coverage on my car. My brother borrowed my car and hit a pole. Luckily no one else was hurt or involved in the accident but he totaled the car. I filed a claim and did not hear from anyone. Finally got the claim adjusters info and could never get a hold of her. The email they say to email is total bogus. Sent in multiple emails with no replies! Then they sent me a letter saying they’re denying my claim and now received a collections notice that I owe the tow yard over $2000 because the insurance did not cover it. My car is undrivable and completely totaled. DO NOT, get insurance with them. They only want your money but will not help when it comes down to it. They should be shut down!

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE - STAY AWAY - GO BACK - RUN!!!! I submitted a claim weeks ago, my adjuster is Alex Lopez at 956-578-0273 - On the message he says he will call you back before end of business day - THE PROBLEM IS - his voicemail is always full, no way to leave a message!!!! I have tied over 20 times in 8 days and not heard a thing!!! In his message, it says to call his manager Natalie Ellison at 800-508-5833 x 7131 if you need immediate assistance, so I did, but the machine says...you guessed it, ALEX LOPEZ - I've left over 10 messages and NOT ONE RETURN CALL!!! I called my local broker and even they could not get a hold of anyone - I AM AN ATTORNEY AND MY NEXT ACTION IS TO FILE SUIT. I have Been trying to settle with them for months, can’t get a email response, can never reach anyone by phone. Can’t get anyone to send a release agreement so we can settle

Scam garbage company

Scam garbage company with canned responses that reek of insincerity. Customer service and quality have tanked since Glen N Godwin took over. The company sucked before now it sucks ten times as bad.

Scam company

This insurance sucks and be careful!

This insurance sucks! Be careful! I have been involved car accident at the end of Sept. The younger boy drive his car careless hit on the car back and my car scratch the front car. The policeman give me the report and his guy;s insurance is Infinity. I almost call this company everyday about my claim. I have to rent a car for the whole month, and today the Infinity told me that guy is not belong Infinity. But the policeman give me the Insurance paper work has the car information and the driver's information.

Watch out with this Insurance

Watch out with this Insurance. If you call for extra time so you can pay your bill. Don't speck to Sonia not nice at all big attitude. 3day from due date is not much time to ask. keep in mind thay probably don't care for there costumers. that's business. will lose me as a customer.
