SCAM TO TOURISTS CATAMARANO CUBAGUA
I have already written a review for this agency on google and I will continue to write where it will be possible in order to inform all tourists that these people deceive foreigners and families in good faith to take money without any guarantee and above all without returning the money spent and paid in advance when you realize that in reality this tour to Cubagua is a scam. I've already seen other reviews of people who have been scammed and their modus operandi is always the same:
They use the Instagram channel to attract customers with photos of boats and catamarans with 10 people and then find themselves on an old, precarious boat with over 80 people.
They ask you for money in advance and then they do not return it according to a clause on their site but that is contrary to the Venezuela law.
