The ladies were wonderful! Both massage therapists were so thoughtful and kind. One was a bit better as far as the overall massage. One comment I received was that one therapist used the massage gun and that was not liked as much as the manual hands-on massage. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Thank you!

Both therapists late to corporate event
Booked a corporate massage event for two of our locations and the therapists were late to both locations. One therapist did not even bother calling and I had to call their business line twice to get the person there. One of our staff came in specifically for the massage and was taking the rest of the day off. That person did not even get her massage. I reached out to them and they gave me $25 off - seriously? $25? For two events you screwed up on? I will not be using them again.

Hi Linda, My apologies for the poor experience yesterday. As I understand it there was some confusion with the company name/address when it pulled up on Google maps. I do know that we spoke to you multiple times yesterday morning to get the therapist to the correct location, and the correct parking spot. It sounds like we didn't request specific details regarding your event, and that's our responsibility to get the information. Again, my apologies for the poor showing yesterday. I'll personally research the issue to see where we can improve in the future.
