Scam. I ordered a tree, they sent me seeds, and now refuse to refund me or replace with a tree.
Orders some products through Amazon from INEVITABLE GIFTS AND GADGETS, delivery arrived 5 days after the expected delivery date. Needed the products for a birthday party.
Raised with Amazon, wanted an apology and refund, customer services stated they will raise with the seller as the INEVITABLE GIFTS AND GADGETS are only using their platform.
Seller responded by blaming the Royal Mail, no apology or refund. Raised with Amazon again and they wanted me to return the products and pay for the delivery myself which I refused and requested for a pre-paid label.
Customer services stated that the seller would get back to me within 48 hours. It’s been nearly two weeks- no one got back to me.
It’s a shame, Amazon used to be great for its price, delivery and customer service, but now the cannot keep up with the local shops. I don’t think I will use the seller ‘INEVITABLE GIFTS AND GADGETS’ or Amazon again.
