The Raspberry Cake was a masterpiece — bright, fragrant, perfectly balanced, with a texture that melts yet stays structured until the very last bite.
And the Ivory… simply breathtaking. Elegant, silky, and refined, with that signature finesse only Ines Chatti can bring.
Rarely do desserts manage to be both visually stunning and emotionally memorable — these two creations did exactly that. Bravo.
