Needed to set up a second monitor and didn't think I had correct cables. Quick phone call and a flying house visit and I'm all sorted with the cables I actually had. I've used iNerd for years and I can't recommend them enough. They go out of their way to help and the pricing is so reasonable, very polite and knowledgeable. Best company ever.

Very happy with the service. We had to do an emergency call out, dean called to discuss the issue before hand and we decided it would be best for the pc to go to the shop as special tools would be needed. He was with us in 15mins had everything sorted and fitted the new processor in just over an hour, brought the PC back and fitted an extra support for the GPU for us while he was here for just £10 on top of the fixed call out charge. He even repaired the old damaged processor so we could sell it on if we wanted to.

Still excellent service after all these years. Dean is friendly, knowledable and determined to solve any problems I've had with my device, with a lot of it being at no extra cost. SSD replaced quickly with great communication to bring my computer back to life. Had some further issues with the device that Dean sorted at no extra cost. Will continue to use iNerd for all repairs moving forward!

Well some of the reviews on here are simply not true or fabricated and I don't know how they've been allowed to be published. I have nothing but high praise very professional very honest and works very hard very polite and very understanding of my situation.

Customer service ? Two steps below shark guano !

Having discussed my needs on a phone call, it was agreed to drop off my laptop 9am on the Monday.

Duly presented myself on the appointed etc... to be told "he's not here" said the shop owner from whom inerd rents a simple "desk" at the back. Half an hour later... still no inerd character. Complete waste of my time. Obviously an untrustworthy individual. Comment from the shop owner concluded "not sure as he comes and go's without a word". !

My sons PS4 slim was fixed within 24 hours, I couldn’t of asked for a better service then that, Dean was brilliant.

Had a problem with my surface pro not starting up. Took it to iNerd in Hinckley and was up and running in a couple of days. Excellent service from the team at an affordable price. I'd highly recommend them.

I have used Inerd many times in the past and they have always sorted my issues promptly and professionally. I do not know what has happened but the current level of customer service is shameful.

They basically possess no customer service skills at all. Having had a laptop since the 14th June, it was not until Friday the 2nd of August that I was told it had an issue that could not be fixed. Despite going into the shop several times and phoning them during the past 7 weeks, never once did I receive a phone call back when promised, they simply did not return my calls or provide any progress updates during this time.....absolutely nothing. Really disappointing.

Dean and Piotr are always happy to help with any problem that you throw at them, always gets straight to the point, great and genuine guys

Everyone was really helpful. They really knew what they were talking about - my build was done quickly and without fault. Couldn't ask for better service from these guys, will definitely be a returning customer (if I need to be, my new computer is working perfectly!) and recommend them to anyone. Peter (actually spelt in a non English way) & Dean provide an excellent service; no problem is too small or trivial for them to deal with. They've helped me with my mobile phone & I-pad, & wouldn't accept payment on either occasion.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Visited the shop with an old broken iPhone 3, left the shop with a nearly new & perfectly working iPhone 3 with a brand new screen, home button, battery & factory reset and all at a very reasonable price. Thank you nerds for an excellent service. My little boy is pleased with his new phone and so am I. Thanks once again.

Quick service and returned laptop in perfect condition

Laptop fixed same day free of charge as was an easy fix
