When I met the senior broker, I kept asking about ai bots for trading but he kept diverting the subject and told me stuff like this coin this coin will go up.
So I bought a few and usual suffered a lost but it is not a high lose. Then the broker kept saying you need more cash flow so we can work out something but when I ask to withdraw he says it easy and anytime will be able to transfer but no matter how I tried it only pending. Therefore please do not fall on this type of scam.

Just got reply from them, they told me it will take up to 72 business hours before it gets to the relevant department and another 24hrs to release the funds and another 10 business days to get back to my account. How does this sounds like normal when they take a minute to take my funds from my credit card?

Just recieve another email from ineffective that the process of the first refund is completed and will arrive my back in 3-5 working days and there for I made my second remaining transfer yesterday and will keep you guys updated on the status. Btw, the speed of clearing increase because I told them that I will go to the bank and inform them about the scratchy transaction and to hold the posting of the funds and will also make a police report if I do not receive my funds within 10 working days, which I think is a fair amount of time for them to complete the refund.

I have just recieve an email for my second withdrawal and they claims that they needed more documentation to process with the withdrawal which is already provided to them on the 1st withdrawal.
I have called the bank of my credit card and they have proceed to terminate all my cards for the safety of an international scam and have advice me to make a police report on this incident.

Therefore please who ever is reading this please do not fall pray to these people. I will update this review again if there is any update in the situation.

Just receive an email yesterday night and I want told to send over a colored copies of my credit cards front and back” for verification! How in the world can any company ask for such sensitive information over an unsecured route. Their excuse is to prevent fraud. If they have suspected me as a fraud card user, they should not have accepted my money first and withhold it till when I want to withdraw than they request for verification. Moreover the transaction is protected by 2FA, therefore it is almost impossible to get hold of the opt and key it in within the time frame and this alone is sufficient enough to prove that I am genuine.

This is completely illegal and I will be folding a report to the police and let them investigate and luckily I had informed the bank early, they will also send an investigation team to assist.

To all if you are reading this, I believe I am not the only victim here. This is a scam that tricks you into buying something that you are not familiar with. They promise you quick money and brainwash you into believing, it is completely unethical for them to do these to innocent victims.

Just another update. Till now they have not allow my withdrawal of the remaining USD$1200, status has been pending since 25th, as per their email, 72 business hour to process my documents and 24hrs to approve my withdrawal and it’s passed yet all I get is calls which I couldn’t even hear what they were taking on the phone.

On Thur, 28th of April I sent another email to request for an explanation for the delay, and was told they will inform the finance department, on the 1st of April I sent another email, their reply was again “they will check with the finance department and update as soon as they get updates”

If they are indeed a big company with efficient management, will it take this long for them to approve my withdrawal?

To deposit money only takes less than a day but to withdraw it took me almost a month and it’s still not settled. If this is not a scam, I don’t know what to call it, please do not be cheated by this.

Received a call from their finance department on the 4th of April, they said they have approved my withdrawal but till now I have still not yet received a single cent.

I have deposited my savings and couldn't take it back as soon as I wished. I lost time on getting my money back but I could at the end. Considering the documental took my time aside, they provided a good service.

Very bad experience. Please do not trust and invest in this. Their trading platform is a big waste and their so called "senior account manager" who claims to assist is a big un reliable person. Does not explain you all the details and does not bother to respond on time which will make you lose all the money deposited. They simply force you to deposit money without clearly explaining the terms and conditions. There are very good other platforms which can be used. Please Please do not use this inefex. It is a fake company.
Please do not trust and invest in this. When you register to this site, a account manager will contact and simply explain its an Ai trading platform there’s no % of losing the capital deposit. Their trading platform is a big waste and their so called "senior account manager" who claims to assist is a big un reliable person. Does not explain you all the details and does not bother to respond on time which will make you lose all the money deposited. They simply force you to deposit money without clearly explaining the terms and conditions. They are saying after depositing we want deposit again some amount (USD 200 which is Minimum) as a margin level which was not said earlier before. I had deposited 3times (500+200+250) the senior account manager guided me through a zoom meeting to take a trade in commodities section in that CR.OIL . but it was not worked & lost full money, however they again asked me to deposit more but I have not.
Further have checked there Terms & Conditions, where they clearly mention that the money/amount which is invested is on our risk, non of the manager or the company not responsible for such losses, even though they force us to make more deposit, check it from Inefex website under company information & Risk warming clause..

Inefex is a scam entity! Surely to exist & continue to survive, it must satisfy by helping 10 or 15% of eager clients who hoped for 'easy' money & 85% ... victims of scam! I & many hv been scammed! 85% to 15% or 80% to 20% is workable scamming, isn't it???

I had a very bad experience with inefex trading platform, my account manager is SARAH, on 2nd of February she recommended the trades that was opened and I lost all my fund, I was left with zero dollar and since that that she has never communicated with me,I tried to reach her but couldn't get through. I want my refund. PLEASE DON'T INVEST WITH INVEST. SCAM

I trusted inefex while signing in till the amount is deposited to inefex they followed me very well after that everything went wrong with the senior Account
Manager Mr. Jaiprakash Rao he doesn’t have time to start the initial trade and he didn’t follow up at all and after that due to inactivity 163 dollars have deducted with out any notification account manager also didn’t inform us that due inactivity there will be charges and once we raised the ticket immediately I got a call and account manager started shouting, what kind of a company is this threatening client that they will disconnect call if we won’t listen to them. Dear all please be aware of this frauds my funds have been disappeared in the name of inactivity please make sure yours doesn’t happen

I have done silly mistake. I should have read reviews of Inefex before doing trading business in Inefex. Now I am in huge loss. Based upon advise of Inefex account managers, I have been doing trading for last 6 months with inefex but I lost all my fund and I was not in a position to withdraw a single cent. Their mangers first recommend to buy/sell particular trade then they will advise to hold the trade and they imply huge Swap charge for overnight thus they make money and ultimately one has to make only loss. Now, I am repenting by loosing my hard earned money through Inefex.
Recently, Inefex advisor contacted me and they told me that they were from Inefex recovery advisors and they would help me to recover my loss. They forced me to deposit $1500 in Inefex account to recover and they guided me in taking the trades. I took the trades as per their advice, but I again lost my all amount. Now, I am in huge loss.

Please be aware from this fraud "Inefex" platform otherwise you will loose all your hard earned money from huge swap charge and their wrong advise intentionally given to clients. Recently, after making complaint and writing email to Inefex Pr-support, they contacted me and told me, they would be sending me 5 page settlement form and advised me to send them back after blindly signing. The clauses mentioned in the form were totally biased and in favor of Inefex. In settlement form, it was mentioned that after signing and sending back the form only one time 3000 $ would be credited in my Inefex account which couldn't be withdrawn. During discussion, they told me that this credit would be a curtsey only given by legal to put up my case and apart of this I would get 50%-60% of my loss but this was not mentioned in form. They told me this is the only option. After signing the form, they credited 3000$ in my Inefex account and next day advised me wrong intentionally as usual, I fell in their swap charge trap and lost all. Then I wanted to contact them through email regarding progress of my case, but din't receive any word from them.

Inefex trading platform is a fraud company loose all my money after the account manager did all fraudulent activity and zeroed your account value. The account manager's name is "abdullah.z team.inefex.com" Abdullah Zia. Total fraud company. Never open an account in this Company for forex trading. Total FRaud COMPANY INEFEX

Customer care is not at all supportive, I need to withdraw my invested amount

I have invested $ 200 and in the beginning, they told me I would get a bonus of $ 200.
They invested my investment in the wrong trade, and i lost all my capital.
They did not give me a bonus of $ 200.
You can not connect to them. You can just send them an email, and they do not give a proper response.
I suggest to people be aware of such type of fraud.

I invested 200$ to begin with trading. Amna , A customer representative guided me to start with the account and assigned me a trade analyst to guide me on daily trading. The name of the representative was Rahul. I thought it was AI-based trading. It was told that way to me by Amna. When I spoke to Rahul, I got to know he would fix an appointment to call me every day and guide me on where to invest. I got less than 12$(this happened in the first three days. Then 4th day I came with a big loss of 84$. Then I don't want to take risks. Even then Rahul was calling and insisting me invest 5000$ to overcome that loss. I feel he has a superficial understanding of trading and guided me in the wrong way. He could have suggested me with stock or any long-term investment. Finally, when i decided to with draw my remaining amount, they were not ready to refund the same. The withdrawal procedure was highly complicated. I had to produce my bank statement, and transaction details, multiple times, it was rejected though. I am clueless about how to get my money back.

My humble request to anyone of you reading this is if you do not want money, give it to charity. Not this fraudulent group.

Actually support staffs are saving this company. Inefex platform is good and useful for making money. But beware of its account managers. I trusted one guy S. Raza and lost several thousands of dollar. But support staff Mr. Ajay appeared like an angel , patiently listed to my grievances , empathized with me honestly and helped me to recover some part of my lost money. But my sincere request to the company is that discipline your account managers and take action whose names you are getting in customer reviewes. Who are like predators and actually bringing bad names to company and driving away customers like us. Company is still saved because GOD gifted you employees like Mr. Ajay. I wish him all good and would request company to treat such employees like asset and not rogue account managers.

Inefex is a Fraud Company. Please dont fall into their trap. When i click on the registration, instantly one fraud person from mumbai called and advised me to do quick payment. That made me doubtful and when i checked their reviews and feedbacks it became clear that they are fraudsters.

Inefex backend people were very quick to respond the bad experience which i faced with their account manager Mr Saad.I received mail for processing my refund and Their Back-end team member Mr Ajay contacted me and assured me of of refunding around 40% of my invested amount hopefully the matter will be sorted out with Ajay's Help.

Dont believe their account managers .. specially Mr Saad who was my acc manager .. first of all they will not listen to you and keep on insisting to deposit the amt. The withdrawl system is worst they ask you all types bank statements to process the withdrawal. And ultimately you will not receive any amount as these cheaters Like saad will make you trade and loose your amt. When i told them i dont want to continue and wants to withdraw he made me take almost 100 trades continuously both Buy and Sell when i asked him the reason he told Mkt will go both ways we can make profit . Regarding Saad earlier also some reviews i have seen. My Advice is TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE BLOODY CHEATERS. THEY HAVE EATEN MY 800 DOLLARS LIKE WISE SO MANY PEOPLE LOST

Withdrawal is a big problem. No one gives any update and we feel cheated. Have been trying to reach out to the customer support executive but till now no one has returned the calls. Feel cheated.
