I was looking for a supportive stool without a back rest but with a chair sized base rather than a small round base to sit on. The company gave good advice and made a bespoke stool for me. It arrived quickly and is exactly what I wanted. I would recommend the business to anyone looking for seating.

Looking at their chairs especially designed to offer coccyx and lumbar support - I made an enquiry asking what the maximum user weight of their coccyx range was and whether the seat position was adjustable as I am overweight and short so a person's coccyx and where that sits won't be the same for everyone. I'd seen another manufacturer of coccyx seating have a seat that moves back and forth to allow for different sized people to get the coccyx support just right. So I asked what flexibility and adjustments their chair has.

I also asked for seat height and depth and width as I'd bought chairs previously that were too deep for someone who's only 5' 1".

I expected a call or some of the questions answered such as adjustments, dimensions, weight capacity.

This is the reply I got:

Unfortunately we are not medically trained here and therefore will not be able to help you.

No name, no 'call us to discuss', no response to the basic info I asked for.

I'm not sure why I thought a small specialist company may wish to support potential clients better. But here we are.

I was visiting a client who had swapped his standard office chair for a wheeled stool instead. I thought before using it it would be strange to have no backrest, it wasn't.

I asked my client where he got it and have one the same but in blue.

It's a great quality stool and I don't even think about it's not being a office chair with a back.

good quality nursing chair, however customer sevice is not the best, we had purchased 4 chairs over the past 2 years with 2 in 2024 most recent purchase April 2024. I contacted to query the casters on the latest chair, which I understood was my fault during the ordering process. I was advised I would have to purchase new casters and pay dispatch fee, which I understand as the current casters had been used on the chair, however as a good will gesture after the purchase of 4 of the same chairs over the last 2 years it would have been nice to have been sent the origional casters free of charge ( I of course was happy to pay delivery fee) considering they come included in the price of the chair, and the ones I had ordered in error I paid extra for.
I would be reluctant to use this company again on this basis.
