Slow and no contact
No contact about shipping or status. Had no idea when to expect parts I should of ordered parts two weeks before needing them my bad. Good parts though! In regards to a tracking # check your emails no tracking # was ever sent like I said no contact ! Thank you.

Hello Robert, I see you placed your order on 2/26. We received, the order Friday 2/27. We were able to process your order the next business day Monday 3/2 as we are not open on weekends. We shipped the product only 2 business days after your order was placed. On 3/4 UPS had an issue with the address you provided or a possible sortation issue per the tracking number we emailed you and it was shipped back to us. We then re shipped the package after correcting the address or possible sortation issue UPS had. I apologize for the delay but this issue is directly related to issues with UPS and not something on our side. We hope you can understand this was not our doing and a fault of UPS and we hope you do business with us in the future.

BAD Silver bullet turbo
Had your Silver bullet turbo that failed at very low mileage... 30k ...
Your service tech originally said Can NOT be turbo leaking oil. We have run thru 8 Dodge 5.9l Cummins trucks using same type oils n twin filter systems.... thus none used any oil even at high 400k plus miles.
All trucks had been changed over to better turbos... no issues.
The 62/68 turbo that was ordered was for 05 Dodge 2500 5.9 Silver truck with 360,000 miles on second turbo that had just started using alittle oil. First changed valve seals n new valve springs. Still had just alittle oil use.... with miles figured getting turbo wear. Just now pulled this turbo n shaft has about 0.10" side to side wobble.
This tells me the first 05 Dodge 2500 5.9 Cummins... white truck had something wrong to start with this Silver Bullet turbo failing at 30k.
You wanted $800 to rebuild this turbo and I had already bought TWO of your 62/68 new turbos to get trucks going fast.
With the very low mileage it should be FREE rebuild. Especially after buying 2 other turbos. Very poor service. Have bought lots from you.

They came in a whole kit packaged nicely and fast shipping and a great price for the ones who are on a budget I use industrials injectors and pumps in my own vehicles along with ones that come through. I installed these on a brand new motor and all went smooth and they work great. Will be using them again and more!
