shopy said Item was delivered when it wasn't, called industrial injection multiple times to find out why it hadnt shipped, employees said they would find out and get back to me and never did so i ended up calling 4 times before they found where it was and shipped the item. item arrived 2 weeks late after i told a customer his vehicle would be ready 2 fridays earlier. shit service

Hello Andrew, We sent you an email the day you ordered it notifying you of a lead time to build the turbo. The lead time we estimated did take a little longer than expected and we apologize for that. We do not know why Shopify sent you a shipping confirmation but we will look into that issue for future orders. We shipped the product the day it was completed and sent you a notification with tracking that day as well. We apologize for the delay but we did communicate with you the day it was ordered letting you know if a lead time.

Claim denial.
Great experience with the salesman. Very helpful. But think denial of my claim wasn't fair. I had sent the injectors in for the same problem before. This time I was informed basically the same thing happen think it was a failure of the armature on 2 injectors this time. but said my fuel was contaminated this time. Although I fuel up at the same place as before. May happen again try to trust that the right thing is done.

Bought a new Borg Warner turbo
Bought a new Borg Warner turbo. It shipped with a new turbo in the box but no Paperwork of any kind or gaskets. This seems weird for a major purchase like a new turbo but It’s the first time so I don’t know what is normal.

Customer service not knowledgeable on the products that they sell, only a select few know in depth. Tried selling me an elbow for a turbocharger which I told them I had already but they insisted theirs was the correct one I needed. Also would not give a full refund for a turbocharger which was made with poor quality as they “all come that way”

Hello Albert, you purchased a BorgWarner turbo online before ever contacting us. After you received it you had troubles installing it and then decided to call us. The turbo you purchased 99% of the time requires the cast elbow we recommended for your application. For your year truck we sell it with the elbow. You decided to buy the "box" OE BorgWarner turbo. You are the 1% that has the correct elbow from factory. Our support team went above and beyond to take measurements and pictures of our elbow to the one you have to verify you had the correct elbow from factory and it would work for your application. As for the casting imperfections we apologize you were unsatisfied with the OE BorgWarner casting but I can assure you all castings have minor visual imperfections. These imperfections have no adverse effects to the quality, reliability or performance of the turbo. We even offered to do an exchange and to find you a better looking casting to suit your needs. After you refused you wanted to send the turbo back as a new return. You decided you didn't want to run the turbo anymore because of its "looks". When you send a product back as a new return we have to inspect it as well as re box it to make sure it is in new condition for the next customer. For these reasons we charge a restocking fee.

Bought my injectors 2 years ago. One failed just before 2 year mark. I bought another to get my truck up and running. Thought I would get full credit based on my phone call to initiate a warranty reimbursement - but found out the D/FLY apparently only has a one year guarantee. Kind of messed me up on the finances as I also bought a stage one turbo. I had expected my $300 plus $125 core back. I ordered the turbo expecting the credit I was told I would get. Not mad, but disappointed.
