Total Rip Off. I was originally told by the Dealership, Funtime RV in Percel, Oklahoma, that this would extend the factory warranty 6 years. Total Lie! The warranty starts the first day that it is purchased.
On Top-Of-That, I have had 2 separate repairs that are listed under covered items. The first was $403 for the furnace and then a month later it was $566 for the A/C Unit. It has been 2 months since these invoices were sent in and Neither repair has been reimbursed. I have been on the phone with Them 6 different times and have sent the invoices in 4 different times, TOTAL rip-off!! In fact, I'm on the phone with them now and they cannot tell me why these invoices have now been reimbursed.

Rip off warranty company. Won't pay for crap. Warranty Direct. Run away people they take your money and won't cover anything. Crooks if I have ever seen any. $4000 dollar warranty down the tubes.
