I ordered a dress which eventually arrived after some delay. It was the wrong size and the quality was poor. I have been asking for return details for 3 weeks and all I have received is an offer of 10%discount. As it doesn't fit what would be the point of that. I would never order from this company again.

Terrible service absolute scam!!! Ordered a dress for day 2 of my wedding,paid for premium delivery but it does not state how long that is just normal delivery 6-14business days. I have emailed 10 times now, getting 2 or 3 response that are very standard and robotic. Item still has not arrived even though I received an email 6 days ago saying it will be here in 4 days. I cant track the tracking as the website now says its re opening soon???? Absolute scam DO NOT BUY FROM INDIGOOSE LONDON. contacted the fb page and Instagram sent multiple emails nothing back! Thanks for stressing out a bride to be and leaving her with no day 2 dress!!!!!!!!

After waiting over 2 weeks for my items, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the quality is dreadful - very cheap material, poor stitching/errors, very oversized and didn't look like the advertised pictures.
I've been contacting via email for a week to return and be refunded, however no response.
Despite the company misleading that it is based on London, clothes are sent from Asia!
Don't use this company

The dress was unacceptable.cheap material and substandard machining.
Do not buy from this company because they refuse to give you your money back when this happens. I keep getting offers of 10%, 20% and the latest is 25%.
They are at liberty to return what you pay if garment is substandard, within 14 days !
I urge people not to buy anything at all from this company.

I saw these initially through a Facebook advert - there was a beautiful chiffon green dress that looked lovely and I kept getting advertised it.. The website looks classy and implied they are London based. I thought I'd give them a chance and bought it. What arrived was *so* bad. Literal stretchy polyester tat from China. Nothing at all like what was shown in the advertisement or on the website. It wasn't even the same shape. I looked to see if I could return it - technically I could, but small print showed I had to cover the cost of shipping to China. Which was more than the cost of the dress. Wrote it off as a bad lesson learned, but hopefully I can at least warn other people.
