Order never shipped

Placed an order for a hard sided cooler. Nearly 3 weeks later and it never even shipped. Customer service has no answers. Fighting to get my money now. Don't buy from this company

Update: got the cooler about a week after I posted this review. It's actually a great little cooler but the cost for the value, shipping hassle, poor customer service, all made the experience not worth it. I raised my review to 3 stars but I still wouldn't buy from this company.
