I've randomly begun receiving several emails from this company over the last few weeks. I have never heard of them, not the slightest bit interested in whatever they're flogging, obviously never signed up for marketing and worst of all, I can't unsubscribe. Hit the "unsubscribe" button in the link and all I get is "Cannot unsubscribe at this time". Frustrating. I've tried labelling them as spam but they still keep coming.

They send me marketing emails every day, even though I have tried opting out and despite my never contacting them in the first place.

Rachel from Indiefield sent me an email suggesting a time and date for a phone survey which i agreed to. I sat by my landline a few minutes early and waited. 45 minutes later i took my landline phone with me to get lunch. I checked my email and facebook account to see if there would be an apology and explanation for this awful rudeness but no. Why isn't my time considered important? It really is to me. I was willing to barter an hour of it away for £30 promised but to have it set aside because Rachel had other things she'd rather do than the time she herself had suggested is so rude - I just wouldn't do this to stranger or friend. I didn't complain direct to Rachel's email because she would be the only one to see it. I nearly didn't write this as i hate making a scene but it's not acceptable. I'm not sure many people will get to see this complaint so i will see if there is another site i can put it on as well. Teresa.

I have participated in various market research projects for Indiefield over the past few years, including online focus groups, these are really interesting and fun (they may sound daunting for anyone considering taking part for the first time, but it's anything but... you meet a small group of other people taking part, and the person leading the research puts you at ease... there are no right or wrong answers, they just want your honest opinion, if yours is completely different to someone else's then that's okay, that's what they want to hear). The incentives for taking part are really generous, so not only do you get to see new products before they hit the shops, you get rewarded for it... win win.

I was rather excited to join this panel i had the opportunity to participate in two online surveys which were very enjoyable. They took a while but i found it worth while. However never got any any of the amazon payments. contacted them so many times all of which were Ignored so sadly i will not be joining this panel again.

Stay awesome Divya and Rachel at Indiefield and remember you are appreciated by so many people. I’m sending you and your colleagues loads of positive energy and light together with a bucket load of stardust for your continuing health, happiness and success. Indiefield are the best people in the field and I love working with them. Very well done people. You deserve every success.
