Thank you for the great indicators! I've been trading for over 5 years and have been trying different indicators but Indicator Vault gives me the best experience so far. I was frustrated at first because of the payment issues, I got my refund and needed to buy the indicator again but giving patience is worth it. I will continue on using it and hope there will be more great indicators coming.

Management is ridiculous
Management does not know how to run the company. Policy changes all the time out of the blue. Indicators are lagging and do not provide real time alerts. Rumors say they are going bankrupt so trying to sell unfinished products.
Since the company reached out to me, I will provide more details: I bought Supply Demand Pro indicator and found it lagging and not useful. I reached out to the support team and apparently management did not train their team how to handle customer inquiries. There was little to no supports and after 2 rounds of emails I was given a refund. Where did that policy come from? It shows disrespect to the customers and their trust when they purchased the product. And it must come from management themselves. This is really ridiculous to me.
The indicator apparently did not perform as advertised, so I suppose that they are just trying to sell as fast as they can - must be having a financial issue.

It's a tool to automate the process of finding supply demand zones. It's not a buy/sell indicator.
Anyhow, we can't find any order under the email you provided. But based on what you wrote, all of your purchases have been refunded. I wish you all the best in your trading endeavors.

Thanks for your feedback. Supply Demand Pro accurately detects supply demand zones based on textbook definition. When a zone becomes invalidated, it must be erased if we stick to the strict definition of supply demand zones which we intend to. It also helps keep the chart clean and tidy. Otherwise, the charts will become full of lines.
It's a tool to automate the process of finding supply demand zones. It's not a buy/sell indicator.
With that said, we've refunded your purchase. Wish you the best in your future endeavors.

I open a dispute last week because I did not get the download , due to an incorrect email address I added. Contacted seller from PayPal invoice, received a email back saying they cannot assist me.seller contacted me and informed me that I had an incorrect email address. Seller sent download I then reversed and canceled dispute due to receiving download from seller . Seller asked me why I opened dispute I told them that no open could help me from the emails I sent , I apologized. Seller asked me to cancel the dispute because it hurts their business , I cancelled dispute.The seller removed my access after receiving the payment. I told seller I was still interested in the product, but the seller did not discuss why access was removed and still has not restored access . I emailed seller for a refund no longer interested due to sketch customer service. Opened another dispute with PayPal for a refund.

Purchased a few of their indicators
Purchased a few of their indicators, but don't bother with the top and bottom reversal and the 2 leg pullback. Very few signals and most of the signals that do appear are false (i.e.buy instead of sell & vice versa). Contacted customer support and didn't get my question answered to why the signals are reversed. No willingness to offer help with the settings or an update. Because of that, a review is well deserved.

Love all the indicators they provide!
Love all the indicators they provide. Some are better than others, but they each do good things. Not a fan of the Supply and Demand Indicator as it repaints and although the boxes can be accurate, you can miss a breakout. Momentum Indicator is fantastic and made a lot of great trades with it, so far, it is my favorite. The Bear/Bull Flag tends to always win as well. Just got the Smooth Trend and will see how it goes. Great value for the price, would recommend. It won't let me add half stars, not quite 5 star, but I would say 4.5 Stars if I could mark that on here.

Your purchase price of $10 has been fully refunded. As described on the product page, this indicator uses Kernel smoothing algorithm which has to adjust itself as more data come in. I'd encourage you to read up on numerous academic research paper to learn more about this smoothing approach.

Very Satisfied Since First Purchase May 2019…
I have been a customer since May 2019 when I bought LaserReversal indicator. It's been 4 years now and I don't go a day without using it to pinpoint trend reversal entries. Plus, because of its accuracy, I was interested in other indicators which I also snagged recently--ones such as HighLowActivator, PriceFMDemodulator, VolumeForcePro, NaturalMomentum & RectangleTopMax & HiLOC.
I am a trading junkie. I do my own analysis but I use these indicators to confirm my entries and exits: So the success of one leads me to check out the others. I use one to confirm the results of another on different charts and timeframes. I haven't yet, but, ULTIMATELY, I will get the the whole suite because I want to be counted whenever similar top notch indicators are released in the future!

As soon as I purchased the indicator
As soon as I purchased the indicator, I started getting at least 2 emails a day trying to sell other indicators, nothing about what I purchased. The indicators I received are not impressive.
This is my response to company. When you look to unsubscribe you unsubscribe completely NO OPTION TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM MARKETING ONLY EMAILS. I asked to be able to get only updates on the product I owned and if education emails, which in my short time was none, except for the marketing.

Great tools for the day trader
I have the indicator packages for TradingView, MT4,& the newly released supply/demand indicator for NinjaTrader. I like them all. I use the supply/demand indicator everyday in my day trading. I recently qualified 3 Apex $50K accounts using the indicator. Great indicators and great support.

I bought an mt4 indicator and had a problem installing it on the chart. They are fast in responding my emails and helped me install. I'm looking to test it more, but the indicator has been a good tool for me so far...
