WORST PLACE Ordered a couple dresses on March for a function due in April. Received in May and they sent two same dresses and one different from what I ordered. Ridiculous and lousy customer service they are so unbothered and didn't care about the delay. I no longer requires the dresses when they finally came through. Emailed several times and they just lie saying it will be dispatched this week etc each time. My first and last purchase from these unprofessional creatures. Avoid at all costs not worth it!

WOW! It was gorgeous! I paid extra to get my lehenga fitted to my measurements and extra for expedited shipping. It paid off because I didn't have to get it stitched before attending the wedding AND it arrived on time! I was a little worried I wouldn't get it in time, but when I emailed them they were able to quickly get back to me the estimated date of arrival. Be sure to read how to measure, estimated delivery date, and other things on their website carefully. I would definitely recommend to others.

This business tries to replicate other designs. Do not think that you will get what is shown on the pictures on their website. These pictures are from fashion designers. They then try to copy using their cheap labour and materials.

Delievered within time, plus great quality products. Im very fussy, I want my outfits to get stitched perfectly according to my measurements and Indian Wedding saree always stitches it really nicely. Plus the team always responds quickly if you have any query.

An absolute disaster. If I had a choice to leave zero stars! Order placed on 1st of March was supposed to be delivered by 21st of March just a week prior to that they say that the blouse you have selected cannot be stitched so decided to stitch accordingly. Just a week away from my wedding the dress was delivered and it came in a tiny cramped box and it was so smelly and damp had to get it dry cleaned and it costed me £150. They had offered me a partial refund only. Never order from them it will be a regret for life especially on special occasions.

Have ordered three salwar kameez styles and been really satisfied they even come with matching masks, and an assortment of jewelry to choose from. They are very responsive via email and whatsapp. Also their custom stitching prices are very reasonable and I recommend you to use them! This is my favorite website to order desi style clothing, especially for Eid.

The service provided by Indian Wedding Saree (IndianWeddingSaree.com) is absurd and ridiculously rude; they lied to me about my product dispatch date, hanged up on the call and left with no response even after my countless messages to contact them regarding my order. I found this service offensive and rude, and I would not even rate it 1 star if I could. I don't recommend anyone to buy their products, as it's a waste of time, energy and money.

first, i will say it never look like picture the quality is show up in real is bad i cant even tell only good part stiching is good everythings else horrible . if you are buying something party or etc please don't you will dissappointed

What a price of crap company. I needed a lengha, very simple one, done for a bridesmaid. Not only did the company take more than 2 months, they then told me (after 2 months) that the size they have to do they cannot do, and will charge me more to do it.

That is unacceptable customer service and irresponsible as a company. You must do everything in your power to complete the product as per specifications on an 8K INR product. That’s what I’m paying you for. I’m not paying more to you because your sizing isn’t enough. That’s not my problem, that’s your problem and you pay for that.

It has been way too much time, with no urgency in getting this product made. This company is a complete sham, no one should buy this trash, if they want a quality product.

Scammers don’t post and refuse to refund.
Haven’t received the items ordered. Very poor communicator. All I want is a refund and they are refusing to refund. Don’t buy from these people

NOT TO BE TRUSTED Unfortunately Readiprint fashions trading as Indian Wedding Saree are not to be trusted. I made the mistake of buying what they claimed to be silk but it isn't, thank goodness I only bought 1 saree, and now they are being very difficult to get my money from. On other reviews they claim I am not a customer or say they have refunded but they are lying. They sell polyester or acrylic or something else that isn't silk and try to get customers to believe it is silk. Definitely NOT SILK and they dont tell the truth.

I have always bought clothes from Indian wedding saree , for me it was always good. I am happy to always shop from here. Just-a friendly advice dont always look at the pictures see what material it is . I hope this helps 😊.

I have received the item and I want to thank you for the excellent, timely and very professional customer service that was provided. The tailoring service also deserves kudos. Thank you & I will definitely be recommending your site to others.

Don’t believe their response, still haven’t refunded me. Fraudulent liars who cannot be trusted. I carefully chose only silk products, burn tests revealed their was zero silk content, this is fraud, I paid way too much for hideous polyester. Now the customer service is refusing to refund my money even though the parcel is waiting for their courier. Disgusting products, horrible people and NOT to be trusted. Buyer Beware, they sell NO silk. Their response below is a lie, they have not refunded my money and they are not sorry, they are still lying.

U pay a lot of money but the blouse comes unstitched, in pictures the sarees r heavily/brightly designed but in person the colours are dull. Better to go in person & buy

I ordered from them after seeing a review by Kaur Beauty.

I ordered:
Suit (standard size stitching)
Lehenga (custom size stitching)

This is the first time I have ever ordered indian clothes online and done self measurement. I placed this order due to Covid-19 and everything being closed. Anyway my items arrived the design and fabric was nice, but I had a few issues with fit and finish. I contacted customer service and they offered to either give me a partial refund to fix items locally or return items and get a full refund after they check it. I opted for a partial refund as I have never sent anything back internationally and didn't want to take the risk of me doing it wrong or parcel going missing. I will have the items altered once tailors open again after lockdown is finished. Hopefully, the partial refund will cover the cost. Thank you.

Please see my advise to future customers below:

1. Contact customer service and get a copy of blank stitching form before you order.
2. Get someone to assist you with measurements, if possible. Especially, if you are plus size like me. UK size 18/20.
3. If you have items, that fit you perfectly. Please check their measurements against the measurements you have taken too.
4. For shoulder length measurement put were you want the shoulders to sit. Do not put end to end when measuring as recommended. My suit shoulders are too wide.
5. Do not add on length for heels as recommended as my lehenga is too long.
6. Zips and piping trim is not added as standard please add in notes, when placing order for standard size stitching and custom size stitching.
7. Please highlight anything, that you want or don't want in order notes and don't assume.
8. Also, contact customer service ASAP with any concerns.

My Overview:
1. Customer Service is very responsive via email. I couldn't get through on the phone and when I did they were closing. I was told to call tomorrow during Indian working hours. I recommend emailing rather then calling, if you are ordering from outside of India.
2. Fast Delivery (FedEx), once they have your measurements and confirm everything with you and send for stitching.
3. The fabric quality and designs are nice for the price. I didn't order any expensive items. So, I can't comment on that.
I ordered the following items with promotional discounts and stitching:
Suit No: 1501868 - £36.83 = $51.31 (USD)
Lehenga No: 1627494 - £72.45 = $100.96 (USD)

Recommendations to company:
1. I wish they used Zoom as not everyone has What's App due to the privacy policy change in Europe.
2. I wish they did cheap plain one colour suit and lehenga. So, customer can order as test samples for fit and finish first.
3. I feel they need to amend form and add more space for notes when ordering.
5. They should also make YouTube instructional videos for Self measurement too.

Final thoughts, it was a pleasant experience overall. I learnt a lot for future orders and I am giving 4* due to it not being perfect. When I order again, if fit and finish is perfect I will definitely add the extra star.

My view give the company a chance!

The pictures are not the correct representation of their items. I contacted them to send me close up pictures of the work/embroidery on the item, I was told I need to order and pay for the item first. Why would I want to purchase something that I have not properly inspected? You have lost a customer.

Great site with quality products, everything arrived as expected to the correct measurements, would purchase again
