Please be careful to buy silk sarees from this website.I bought a saree which said silk paid over $100 but I got is not silk not even near silk.So rough and I don't know what material is this.I am so upset and will never buy again from here.So people be very careful.I have been cheated.

I ordered a net salwar kameez. The kameez was supposed to be floor length but after ordering it they told me it can only be 42 inches in length (like a normal kameez - so it's not as unique - just like a normal shalwar kameez). The image shows floor length (which made it look really different) but they only tell you the changes after you've paid. You will also have to pay extra for delivery AFTER your order. Also I hand washed the item and all the colour came out.
However they were in constant contact throughout which made me feel like I was in good hands.

The product was easy to order. Shipping details were clear. The saree was delivered promptly and the quality is great. I was a bit worried but once I saw the saree, I was over the moon. Thank you!

its really good same as a pics. i also stiched blouse from them . they made it accordingly to customers so good. iam happy.

I have had a very bad experience with this company.
I ordered/paid for them to sew a blouse, after 4 weeks I receive a piece of fabric that I intend to sew myself if I am going to use it. when I write to them I get no answer, i didnt get my money back.
So i warn you not to run into the same thing.

I was in need of outfit and Indian Sarees did not dissapoint. I needed outfit by certain date, asked them before ordering if it was possible, and they sent instructions on what to do once I placed order.
I cannot fault their service. Prompt responses to my queries and constant updates and also delivered on time. Stitching in house was good quality too.

Will be ordering again from them. Positive experience all round for me.

order arrived months late, despite then continually giving false promises over text/on the website.

bad quality material. does not feel like silk.
continual spam over email despite unsubscribing multiple times AND contacting them to help me unsubscribe.

Customer service were very quick at responding back to me when needed. Package came on time in great quality. Very happy! Thank you

They lied about my product being dispatched when in reality it wasn't. I received my product very late and have no use of it, i am very sad.

I highly recommend the Indian Wedding outlet. I have received this beautiful shalwar, on time. It was perfectly stitched suiting my measurements with just the size I have given and I had no alterations to do. Perfect. Would buy at an Indian Wedding in future as well.

Placed an order for 2 outfits-estimated delivery date was June 10-as time went past that date-we were notified that they were delayed and at that time we asked to please cancel our order and refund the money if we would not receive by June 23 as we would be out of country o nJune 24 for several weeks and this was made clear very through several emails back and forth from the June 10th and phone calls as well. With e-mails constantly back and forth they kept reassuring that we would get our outfits on time. As items were not being shipped my husband also called and spoke to someone who again reassured him items would be shipped on time. Well had to leave-no outfits-had to buy new outfits day before leaving-in an email back they said they did everything correctly. I also have all email transactions that can be forwarded to them. Outfits attempted delivery was June 28-3 weeks late.

The delivery date on the website is misleading. I overlooked a few emails when I was told that there was a delay.
When it started continuously I made contact and informed that I needed it by 1st June as I was flying out of the country on 2nd June. Even after multiple follow ups product arrived late. I spent approx $700. What was the point !! Extremely disappointed. Now a very friendly customer service staff will send an apology - don’t bother as the damage is done .

Their return policy is company centric having no consideration for the customer.Their only motto is "you ordered, we delivered" even if it's crap. They kept my money and caused a huge mess when asked to initiate return. It has been a very poor experience ordering goods from Indianweddingsaree.com.
Advice you not to order things from here.

I have ordered multiple times from them. I always bought readymade items in the past and they didn’t have issues besides shipping delays which is understandable as they ship from India. So, I thought this is a safe site to order my lehenga for my wedding and I also requested stitching services. But, I was wrong. They didn’t sew it according to the measurements given. It looked like they sent what they have in stock without making alterations. I took pictures with measuring tape and sent it to complaint department. The lehenga was clearly sewn in wrong sizes. But they said “fix it locally” and that the “measurements were accurate.” There were other obvious quality issues. Their website mentions that customers have to return items within 3 days of delivery but they are not responsive enough. How do I return the items within 3 days if they are not responsive. It looks like they made this policy so that nobody can return this items. They ruined an important day for me. They lost a loyal customer. I have shared my experience with my friends and family who have ordered from them in the past. I understand human errors can happen but what customer service after delivery was horrendous and they never apologized for ruining my wedding. I see somebody comments here to make it look like they care but they don’t care about you. DO NOT ORDER from them for your big events.

Ordered twice for special occasions. Products had guaranteed delivery date but first time order was 5 days late, second time its already 8 days late and it hasn't shipped yet. Will never shop from them. And if you do make sure order 2 to 3 months in advance.

I'm happy with my purchase. Lehenga with custom stiching is excelent, exactly as on picture, and match to measurements. the quality is very good, and customer service comunication went well, didn't got all answers, but the product came as promised, fast than I expected.

I placed order from Australia for 3 sarees , I received on time .quality of product was excellent and authentic.Intricate embroidery was intact with no threads out and sarees border was stitched neatly on edges.
