I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered kurta with jacket + shoes a month before wedding. Shipping was delayed twice. Tried to cancel on multiple occasions. Was told it was already in delivery so could not be canceled. They are now delivering 2 months after wedding.

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered two sarees, they sent one which was completely different and claimed it was the one I ordered. The other was different widths throughout the material and the drape was so short. They were truly awful!!!! I emailed them as per their return policy and they had the cheek to offer me $15 refund or store credit!!! I asked for a full refund and they started to mess me about, in view of that I lodged a dispute against them via PayPal. Ironically the following day they emailed me a return label (which they could and should have done so in the first place). They also told me to close the PayPal dispute against them in order for them to issue me a refund, however, PayPal advised me not to as had the dispute being closed they did not have to refund me. How deceitful can a company get!!! The dispute has been found in my favour and I am getting the refund I so rightfully deserved. I cannot stress enough for people to not use this awful, awful company where the goods are of substandard quality and then they try to keep your money. They may be sat in India thinking that they can keep overseas customers money, but please always pay via PayPal as that way these awful companies cannot do much when paypal gets involved if you have a legitimate dispute.

I ordered two sarees (#9978251) that were promised for delivery by 4th September 2025. The company later pushed delivery to 12–25 September, even though I explained I was travelling on the 10th and needed the sarees before then.

Despite my repeated refund requests, they refused to refund and instead gave me contradictory information about dispatch — first saying both items had been shipped, then admitting only one was. They even falsely claimed refunds were processed (twice) when none appeared.

The saree eventually arrived, but too late for the wedding I needed it for, making the entire order useless. This has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and I had to escalate through PayPal to protect my money.

⚠️ The company is dishonest about dispatch times, unhelpful with refunds, and unreliable with delivery promises. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order on 15th August for a red wedding outfit, with a guaranteed delivery date of 4th September. The timing was crucial since the outfit was specifically for an upcoming wedding.

For two weeks, I heard nothing about my order. When I finally chased them up via WhatsApp, I was assured the outfit was in production and would be dispatched soon. Just a few hours later, I received an email saying the item was actually out of stock and I could either accept a completely different color (blue!) or get a refund.

This was incredibly unprofessional for several reasons:

Zero communication: If the outfit was unavailable, I should have been told immediately—not after weeks of waiting and days before the promised delivery.

Contradictory information: First I was told the outfit was being made, then suddenly it “no longer exists.”

Ruined plans: This was meant for a wedding, and a last-minute suggestion to “just take another color” is unacceptable.

Excellent communication throughout purchase through WhatsApp. First Indian shirt arrived with a fault. I messaged the company immediately with supporting photos and the company sorted it immediately, keeping me informed at all stages. The item was replaced straightaway. The item fits perfectly, looks great and excellent quality. We were very impressed with the service and the product. The shirt is for my husband as we are going out to India soon for our daughter’s wedding celebration there, so very pleased with the outcome.

They have used my product picture on their site and sold for a cheaper price, jeopardising my credibility. Absolutely disgraceful. I spent time and money to design and photo shoot professionally with a hired model and this people didn't have absolutely no shame to steal it!!!

Ordered 3 outfits for a wedding on 29th May at beginning of May. Originally was advised of a delivery date of 16th May which was perfect.
Then I received a string of WhatsApp messages constantly changing the delivery date each getting later and later.
On each occasion I advised the event date and said items had to be received by 28th May.
Finally on 26th May I’m told only two items are being dispatched today with no chance of arriving by Wednesday.
No explanation has been provided regarding the third missing item.
As the items will miss the wedding date they are absolutely no use to me.
Very disappointed with service from this company I am raising a dispute with my payment provider and suggest you avoid this company as their service and customer care is awful!

Do not buy! Such rubbish quality! I don’t even know why I bought it from here since I usually buy it from Mirraw and Kalki or C Bazaar and never had any issues!

I ordered a dress ,and I couldn’t be happier! The dress is absolutely beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and the size fits perfectly. The quality is great and the delivery was on time. I also appreciate the excellent customer service — very responsive and kind. I’ll definitely shop again and recommend this site to others!

I received my package containing my outfit. Well packaged and intact. The ladies outfit looked better in real life. Having tried it on; I found it a little tight around the bust. I checked the kameez and turned it inside out to find there was enough fabric over so I could take this stitch out by an Inch and a half, both sides. Very pleased. Only negative is the scarf is not wide enough but otherwise beautiful ❤️

This was a horrible experience - I ordered a salwar kameez for my wedding - it arrived in the wrong size and then I requested they send me the right size and there was delay upon delay - this purchase was delayed 5 times! By the time I got it finally (2 months after I had ordered the original) they had not done the adjustment I asked for and they sent me the wrong colour pants. On top of it all the sewing and finish were terrible. A disaster all the way and the price was not cheap. Not recommended at all.

Fast and courteous service. Packing clan and neat. Prices very reasonable.

I ordered my saree in October for a wedding in December.
They kept saying a slight delay in stitching etc etc..
That kept on going for 3 months when I msg them they
Said sorry That Saree is discontinued.
I chose a different one with a difference of minor value.they would not give that to me.

I ordered 20 dresses in that 4 of them are not fitting it was too tight. All are same size but only those 4 dresses fitting not good. It was not my fault so I asked for free return courier. They didn’t respond properly that to I’m a long time customer for them, this is the first time I asked for exchange. They don’t have any ethics and very rude. I won’t buy anymore from them.
After the follow up the exchanged the product and refund received.

Disgusting. Do not buy! The saree I ordered had a brown and beige material. The one I got was pink! The blouse was dirty and smelly. It didn't even go with the saree since it's yellow and the saree is pink now. Disgusting and I will never order from them again! What a waste of time and money.

Horrible service, The estimated delivery for my dress was the 17th of August and I received it almost 2 weeks later on the 29th.
I said to the company repeatedly how I need the dress before the 27th of August and they said we will get it before that time AND WE DID NOT. We got the dress 2 days later and by that time I no longer needed the dress. When the dress arrived it smelt horrible too.

I gifted saree on my friend wedding. I buy it from IndianWeddingSaree. They have good quality and enough variety.
