Avoid using this website
Avoid using this website. Its a scam. Had ordered stuff worth more than £100, its been more than 6 weeks yet no delivery and no response to emails or calls.

A massive let down in service
A massive let down. What a disappointment.
I ordered a few massage oils from this company back in September 2021.
I paid for the order plus delivery.
The order did not arrive in 4 weeks, so I emailed them again. I did not receive a response. I kept on emailing and I eventually received a response in December 2021!
The response stated that the they were sorry for the inconvenience and they are regularising their orders to be sent out within two weeks!
So I waited over the Xmas holidays knowing that the order may be delayed due to Xmas.
I still have not received my order.
I have emailed many times asking for a refund and have tried to call but no response.
I do feel annoyed that the company seem to think it is okay to treat customers badly and by keeping the money and being unresponsive. I have sent over 15-20 emails to them plus filling in their contact form and still nothing. No refund and not products. It is now the middle of Feb 2022!
How can they run a business with no communication!
