Ordered 2 summer dresses in June 2025. No delivery by August, so I contacted their customer service dept. Two weeks later, a package arrived. Two completely different sized dresses that were so short, they might have for a 12-year-old and not at all the dresses worn by the model on the Instagram post. There were several sewing flaws & no built-in support whatsoever. The company says they confirmed that I received exactly what I ordered. FALSE! But they have refused to supply return or refund directions. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!

Ordered 12 strands of orange flowers which said it would fill 4 planters. Got small bag with flowers crammed inside. The flowers fell off when I tried removing from bag. Not strands at all. Not as described or pictured. Shipping took over a month. Gave run around on return until today - day 91 when PayPal dispute was no longer an option - then offered less than 10% of the amount paid in compensation stating shipping back would be too expensive! Fraud! Do not order from this company!!

I would give a zero for stars if i could....THIS IS A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND A PACKAGE. I was suppose to receive a package of 3 shirts 6/7/25 @ 10:43am, i ordered the 5/8/25. I have a ring door camera, never shows any package delivered on that date and time or any day for that matter. I have been emailing the company, and just like everyone else, they give you the run around, they gave me 3 different tracking numbers, told me to ask neighbors, go to post office and as them where the package is. They refuse to refund me the money for 3 shirts i never received....why.....because it's a scam.

Never received my package. Given the run around for a month. Gave me different numbers to track. And then claim it was delivered and my problem. Wish I had read reviews first.

Never received order. Told me it was my problem to track it down. I have all the tracking info and after weeks on 6/20 they told me it was delivered the previous 2 weeks ago. On 6/5. Don't waste your time

Ordered product on May 9th. Haven't received it. Tracking number showed New York on May 31st but nothing after. Now miraculously as I continue to complain, it was supposedly left on my porch June 3rd. Well I have a door cam and there was NO activity that day at all! Said to contact my local USPS office. Did that this morning and the tracking numbers aren't theirs. They are using ChatGPT to answer you and it doesn't add up. Opened a case with PayPal. If they won't refund me then I'll open a case with my bank. I feel it's a huge SCAM. The tracking number that it converted to in the US doesn't exist and is bogus. Avoid them like the plague!!

Do not order from this site. This is a scam. I placed an order for 4 shirts 5 weeks ago and still haven't received them. One tracking number shows they are in New York, the other tracking number says Georgia. I tried to get a refund, but of course that isn't going to happen. I will be taking all the emails and package tracking info to my bank to report the fraud. I will also be filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission. As soon as I placed the order my phone started blowing up with scam calls and I've received countless scam emails. Don't make the same mistake I made - Stay away from this scam site.

Ordered over $100 worth of products in the middle or begining of April, stated "quick ship" but still have not received my order. The last tracking information was somewhere in the USA on 5/18 but nothing since. I emailed support for a refund and still have not received. Would not order from this site

The hat..wow. The video showed a dude making a high end distressed hat. The top was a skull. Totally bad ass. I got a felt hat with duct tape trim. They refused to give me a complete refund because they checked and I got what I ordered. Avoid!

These shoes are so cute and comfortable! They fit exactly as expected!
