everything was ok

Absolutely useless system!!
This is the biggest con in the jobs market!!
They should be investigated by trading standards and HMRC!!

Can't even seem to sign up properly to search and apply for jobs. What is the point!

They are doing great job however I have a problem I want share it here. I attended a shift her vy Nichols Manchester, the job description was bartender. Unfortunately the the employer place me cocktail preparation and later said am under performing and ask to do bar back.the shirts were two but he cancelled one. So after the shifts I travelled from Manchester to Leeds around 10: 00pm. I closed over there 8: 00pm. The following day around 11:00pm the employer who cancelled the shift ask me to come back, but looking at the time and the distance I could not make because the work was supposed to start 12:30pm and saw the shift 11:55am. As a result of this the employer reported me to the indeed flex based on not able to complete my shift. An agent from indeed flex called me and after the thoroughly investigation, they have rated me low and placed a warning ban on profile which is preventing me from getting access to other jobs opportunities. I would be much grateful if the agent will take a second look to the situation and revert it.

Indeedflex is an absolute scam!!!
They allow you to withdraw an available amount after every shift and then say you took more and therefore your account gets blocked!!!… have you heard of something like this?. And you will never get to talk to anyone!, they like to keep their employees in the dark, I am just fed up of their nonsense … I will never recommend anyone anymore to this agency…

Indeed flex doesnt believe in people working with them. They don't investigate why you get low ratings from wherever you work in before banning you. They don't value people working with them. Sainsbury (Moor Allerton Centre) discriminated against me after working vigorously and completing all the tasks assigned to me as a replenishment agency staff. I even helped out with stations not assigned to me, when asked to... but still, they gave me low ratings. Indeed flex because of that banned me, even after showing them evidence of me completing all tasks well.

I’ve been on flex for a little while now and honestly can fault it. Shifts regularly available and always been paid on time and in full. Any queries and questions are answered promptly and resolved. Really easy and intuitive app.

Completed on boarding for tesco roles but I only get offers for sites that are miles away while being rejected for local ones. Our travel costs aren't covered so doing over 100 mile round trip for one shift isn't feasible. However, reading some reviews on here of people actually turning up to these jobs and not being paid tells me I've dodged a bullet. Would rather be rejected than turn up to a job and give my time for them to screw me over. Its a shame as it seems like a good app for flex work but unfortunately greed and exploitation takes precedent

Alexandre Rodrigues was incredibly helpful and supportive, I am astonished to have received such a service!

So far, they are refusing to acknowledge the shifts I worked. I am still down 4 days' pay. I have had to argue every penny out of them and am still fighting... They are disorganised, uncommunicative with each other and their hires, and professionalism is not their strong suit. Avoid!
The only reason I am not convinced they are con artists is that they do not seem capable of that much organisation.

The staff on ground are highly friendly.
It was a nice experience which I desire to have again.
