Seems sus. I'm a musician who searched for music promotion tools, and I came up upon this site. It has an article titled "Best Promotion Tools", which is a top 10 list of different website. But the websites they list (UseViral, ArtistPR, SidesMedia to name a few) either have no TrustPilot review or ratings, or have a majority of seemingly fake 5 star ratings and a few 1 star ratings from people saying they got scammed (Look up ArtistPR on TrustPilot).
