Serious, Be Careful Booking ‘Muslim Singles Marriage Events’ by Incredible Events Company Warning

Serious Warning – “Incredible Events Company” Muslim Singles Marriage Events (London)

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Incredible Events Company, who advertise “Single Muslim Marriage Events” through Eventbrite.

Their listings appear under muslimmarrige.eventsbrite.co.uk, and the contact email they use is infoatincredibleeventscompany.com
. Their Instagram account appears under the name “Incredile events company.” Notably, there is no official website, which makes it very difficult for customers to verify the legitimacy or accountability of the organisers.

My Experience

I purchased a ticket for their November Muslim Singles event, which was later postponed. At the time, I was told the event would be rescheduled and that ticket holders would receive at least one week’s notice once the new date was confirmed.

However, I never received any email confirming the rescheduled date.

The only way I discovered that the event had been rescheduled was through a TikTok announcement stating the event would take place on 8th February in London.

This announcement was made with only two days’ notice.

For an event people have paid to attend, this is completely unreasonable. Two days’ notice is not enough time for many people to make arrangements to attend, especially when attendees were previously told they would receive at least one week’s notice.

Attempts to Resolve the Issue

Because of this, I contacted the organisers asking for my ticket to be transferred to the next available event.

Here is the timeline of my attempts to resolve this:

7th February – First email sent requesting clarification and asking for my ticket to be moved due to the extremely short notice.

13th February – Second follow-up email after receiving no proper resolution.

14th March – Third chaser email again requesting written confirmation that my ticket has been transferred to the next event.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I still have not received clear confirmation that my ticket has been moved, nor have I received proper communication explaining the situation.

Major Concerns

Several things about this experience are concerning:

• Ticket holders were not properly notified of the rescheduled event date
• The event was announced publicly on social media with only two days’ notice
• Email communication has been slow, unclear, and unprofessional
• There is no official website or transparent company information

After raising this issue and looking into it further, I have also seen other individuals reporting similar problems with these events, which makes the situation even more worrying.

Advice to Others

If you are considering booking a “Single Muslim Marriage Event” organised by Incredible Events Company, I would strongly advise you to do thorough research first and proceed with caution.

If you have already purchased a ticket or attended one of their events — especially the 8th February London event — and experienced issues with communication, refunds, or ticket transfers, please share your experience publicly so that others in the community are aware.

People attending events like this are often doing so with genuine intentions, and organisers have a responsibility to treat attendees fairly, transparently, and professionally.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, that standard has not been met. SCAMMERS
