Not so Helpful Agent
Inc. Now is generally a reliable company, but I had several back-and-forths with an agent who claimed that my company name was already taken. When I checked on Delaware’s entity search site myself and visited a competitor to confirm, both confirmed that the name was available. However, the agent later informed me that it was actually taken by a company that had a completely different name. Confused, I requested that they contact the Secretary of State themselves to verify the information. They explained that their system was tied to the state entity search and that they wouldn’t call to verify it, but they could attempt to file and hope for the best. Surprisingly (not surprised at all), it wasn’t taken, and I was able to incorporate. I’ve incorporated several organizations myself and was not impressed with this agent. Had I not advocated for myself, the incorporation process wouldn’t have been completed because the agent was not as helpful. I’m giving them 3 stars because at least the incorporation was successful, but it came with a lot of hassle.

I've had good experiences with INCNOW in the past. This time they were slow to respond to messages related to the creation of a corporation in Delaware. However, after the incorporation process was started they did a great job managing the process to receipt of the certificate of incorporation from the State.
