Absolute game changer!
Absolute game changer!! For me, at 67, I've always struggled with motivation and consistency in fitting in wellness routines into my life. When I found Justine's short videos on Instagram during the pandemic, I was immediately taken in by the simplicity, clarity, and gentle yet effective movements that I could easily make part of my morning routine. Always encouraging, and without pushing until it hurts, I find Justine's kind and informative support to be just what I need to feel better every single day, without the guilt and the aches. In preparation for extensive cervical spine surgery this summer, I committed to faithfully working my Inclusive Movement membership every single day to get myself in the best shape - strong and confident. While I did have to refrain during my initial recovery, I was actually excited to resume my morning routines with IM. As a result, I am feeling stronger, have better balance, can handle stairs, and have slowly built back stamina using the short but effective videos each morning. (Sometimes I replay them, even on a REST day!) I'd recommend Inclusive Movement to anyone looking for a practical, effective, positive fitness program! PS: I took part in my first live session this week and was thrilled to 'meet' Justine who only confirmed to me that she is a consummate professional who really understands the human body and the working of the mind when it comes to holistic well-being!
