We just finished paying off about $200,000 of credit card debt in just over 4 years. They made it really easy to set everything up, the negotiated interest rate across all creditors was way better than when I tried to negotiate myself, and everything was easy.

My only wish is the online system could be a little more modern, but their US based customer service agents are great and respond quickly. Would recommend them to anyone trying to avoid bankruptcy and shedding their credit card debt.

The experience I've have with In Charge Debt Solution is that they spoke with the creditors about my accounts and negotiated a reasonable payment per month that I could afford.

I was a little skeptical about it at the beginning. I did want to stop the phone calls creditors and start fresh I did give In charge a chance and so far I do not have any problem their very easy to deal with as soon you complete the part of the deal and make your payment each month they do the rest

On their website, it says "You don’t need a loan to eliminate credit card debt. A debt management program consolidates all your credit card bills into one, lower monthly payment at a reduced interest rate. You can be debt free in 3-5 years."
As a customer, I can agree with the statement on their website 100%! Watching my debt go down faster than I could have ever done on my own takes a huge burden off and I feel like I can breathe.
People go into debt for various reasons and InCharge is there to help! They also have educational financial material and tools that are very helpful. Also, the staff/agents I have talked to so far seemed like they really truly WANTED to help. Overall, great experience and I recommend.

They work with you and remind you monthly of your commitment.

I have been able to pay down credit card debt and not worry about it. The payment was affordable. When I had an issue with a creditor who "disappeared", they took them off the plan with no issues.
