If I could give ZERO STARS I would…

If I could give ZERO STARS I would… I placed an order and paid for express shipping, nearly 4 weeks ago and I have nothing. I have contacted them repeatedly, via web inquiry, mobile, email. Most of my communication is ignored completely and when I have got a response at all, they just keep saying sorry for delay and it will be shipped the next day, or by the end of the week or in a couple of days. Their promises are always broken and they will not provide me with a refund. I have had to escalate this matter to Consumer Protection, as they are an absolute scam. Do not deal with them, they clearly take money from customers and don’t despatch product, or even communicate. How can you trust this company?!?!?
