IMWerks LLC & Ken Causey: Contractor Payment Default & Retaliation

An alert for remote contractors, appointment setters, and vendors evaluating business with IMWerks LLC and its principal, Ken Causey (Greensboro, NC).

All contracted hours were tracked, completed, and verified within their internal tracking systems. However, payment for Invoice #INV-001 was selectively withheld, while commitments to disburse funds were repeatedly postponed and ultimately broken.

When I requested a formal update regarding the unpaid balance in the company workspace, management responded by immediately terminating my workspace access and cutting off all communication rather than addressing an undisputed debt.

This matter is formally documented, including an active review on the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Due diligence is strongly advised before entering any post-payment arrangements with IMWerks LLC or Ken Causey. Full itemized billing records and communication logs are retained.
