Irresponsible low quality wigs

I ordered a cute wig. It took a long time to receive it and when I finally got it, it was a mess. It had been folded for shipping - right side out - which resulted in two places being misformed and I could see the wig cap thru them. The back of the wig was so sparse that it didn’t even cover the wig cap. I contacted them and sent pictures. They refused to accept my return or refund my money.
I highly recommend staying far away from this company.
