I keep getting soft bounces from gmail…
I keep getting soft bounces from gmail because it doesn't like the improvmx domain. I have tried contacting them through their non-existent chat function. I tried emailing them. There is no way to contact them via phone. I would not recommend this company.

We're sorry to hear about the soft bounces you experienced with Gmail. We want to clarify that Gmail's filters flagged the messages due to concerns with the sender's domain reputation, not with ImprovMX.
Our unique retry mechanism automatically sends emails multiple times from different mail servers and IP addresses. Despite the sender's domain issues, this resulted in most of the emails being successfully delivered.
We acknowledge that our weekend support is slower to respond due to thinner weekend crew. We're aware of this issue and are working on taking actions to plug this gap.

Picked up GoDaddy's fumble and ran it in for the TD
When GoDaddy removed their free email forwarding service and tried to get me to pay for MS 365 service when all I needed was forwarding I looked for an alternative and found it in ImprovMX.
In just a few minutes, I was able to get my email back up and running across multiple accounts and sites.
