I wish I never used this company. They advertise as a local AU company, but they're based in the US. There were delays in my proof (their fault) and I basically had to pay an extra $80 (on top of the $175 I already paid for guaranteed shipping) to ensure my order arrives in time.

It took them 10+ hours each time to come back to me with an updated proof (which landed in my inbox at 4am and 10pm, respectively) but they state I needed to confirm the order by '4pm' to ensure no delays. Hilarious.

It's too late for me to find another supplier now, but only time will tell if it actually arrives in time. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

STAY AWAY! To cut a very long, frustrating and humiliating story short: Communication is difficult at best, when asking someone to call you back it never happens because you're likely being promised BY THE SUPERVISOR that they will call you back in an hour when their shift is about to finish in 5 mins. Trying to get a proof takes forever, forget about adjusting a proof, ours just got worse and worse. The only communication to the designers by the staff is through some sort of messaging system. Everyone is working from home, so everyone is just messaging each other. Total and complete shambles! We are extremely disappointed at best... Because I'm a masochist I am still trying to work with them now 7.1.26 when my original delivery date was meant to be 5.1.26... We thought we gave ourselves plenty of time in case of delays... New delivery date? 16.1.26 which is 2 days after items are needed... But I am STILL being told we can do it on time... Do not believe a word they say
