I wasn't given the chance to proof the design and now I have a 100 koozies I can't use. The design gets lost in the color of the koozie and you can't read it.
I reached out several times this week…
I reached out several times this week to confirm that this order would arrive on time and each time I was assured that it would be delivered on time. I paid to have this order rushed and delivered by June 5. I waited on hold for 28 minutes to speak with someone who told me that the shirts would be delivered on time. Only to learn in a chat at 6am on the date the shirts should be delivered that they won't arrive on time. And the reason I was given was because the I approved the proof late, which is a lie! I approved the proof within minutes of receiving it and if that were the case that should have been communicated so that I could choose another vendor that would deliver on time. I have been ordering tees for years and I have never has such an unprofessional experience with a company before. I took a chance on this company and I am completely disappointed at the lack of communication and professionalism.
If I could give Imprint.com a quarter…
If I could give Imprint.com a quarter of a star, I would.
I placed my order nearly two months before my event and submitted print-ready artwork on May 7, 2026. What followed was a masterclass in delays, poor communication, inventory problems, and customer service that seemed more interested in protecting company policies than helping customers.
The proof process dragged on for weeks because they repeatedly altered my artwork by adding a large white section to the bottom of my stand-up cutout. Even after I redesigned the file to accommodate their concerns, they continued making changes that were never part of my original artwork. After nearly two weeks of emails and phone calls, I finally reduced the size of the cutout just to get the order moving.
Because of the delays they created, I paid an additional $59 rush fee to ensure delivery before my event.
Then, after another 10 days of waiting, I was informed that the main item in my order could not be completed because they suddenly didn't have the stand in stock. This was discovered nearly a month after my order was placed and after I had already paid for rush processing.
The solution? A $10 refund or a $20 store credit for a $139 product that would arrive incomplete.
Customer service was equally disappointing. One call involved 28 minutes on hold before being disconnected. Another required 23 additional minutes of waiting before speaking to someone. I was told an employee had tried to call me, which simply wasn't true.
When I requested reimbursement of the rush fee—which only became necessary because of the prolonged proofing process and ultimately failed to deliver the complete product—I was told that was impossible. The best they could offer was $30.
Let's review the timeline:
• May 7 – Artwork submitted
• May 9 – Proof approved
• Rush fee paid
• June 4 – Main item suddenly out of stock
• Remaining items only then entering production
If an order approved on May 9 is just entering production on June 4, what exactly was the rush fee paying for?
I canceled the incomplete item and wanted to cancel the entire order, but I was told I couldn't because parts of it were already in production.
At every step, the burden fell on me—the customer—to absorb delays, redesign artwork, pay rush fees, accept inventory shortages, and settle for inadequate compensation.
I will never order from Imprint.com again. If your event matters, your timeline matters, and your sanity matters, look elsewhere.

Paid an Extra $100 Just to Get My Order
I would not recommend Imprint.com based on my experience.
I placed my order on 5/13/26 with an estimated delivery date of 5/26/26—more than a week before my event (6/6). When my order had still not shipped by 5/27, I called customer service for an update. I was told the order was still in production and that they could not provide an updated delivery date unless I paid nearly $200 more for expedited service.
After spending almost two hours on the phone and reviewing the fine print, I reluctantly agreed to pay an additional $100 just to guarantee delivery by 6/3/26. During this process, I noticed my account showed the order as "on hold." I was repeatedly assured the issue had been resolved, yet I conveniently received an email confirming the hold was cleared only after I paid the additional fee. It honestly felt like my order was being held hostage until I paid more money.
To make matters worse, when the shipment arrived on 6/1/26, one shirt was missing from the order. I immediately contacted customer service and was told someone would call me back. My event is only a few days away, and I still have no idea whether I will receive the missing item in time.
The quality of the shirts may be fine, but the lack of transparency, missed delivery expectations, additional fees, and incomplete order have made this an extremely frustrating experience. For an event-dependent order, reliability matters, and unfortunately Imprint.com did not deliver the level of service I expected.
Fast turnaround time and great quality!
