On the initial order a timeline of 10 - 20 days were given, only to find out that it would take much longer to deliver the order. It was delivered today 34 days later.

Apologies if there is a misunderstanding somewhere!
We quote 10-20 working days on all our product pages, during the checkout process and we also send an estimated delivery date via email when placing the order with us showing the 10-20 working day calculation.
We quoted delivery as between the 29/07/2025 and 11/08/2025. I see your order was delivered today, 11/08 - meaning we did keep within our quoted 10-20 working day delivery timeframe, and the order was not late as mentioned. (Although, we did deliver on the last quoted delivery day, we usually do strive to deliver earlier than expected)
