On time, in good condition, and to my door
The item arrived on time and in good condition. This was also the cheapest import service that I managed to find (that delivers to your door - using the post office would be cheaper but risky and would take long.)

I was waiting for the product for about one month. If I knew it would take so long, I would have ordered it myself from Temu. An only one item was delivered instead ordered two. Apparently no stock by supplier. Pathetic. Good luck with other clients. I will not be using your services any more. Regards, JG.

Many thanks for your review, it is appreciated.
We do rather clearly display our delivery times on each product page, during the checkout process, and finally - on order confirmation. We do not try to mislead customers in any way, and customers can choose if they wish to order the item based on the delivery time.
Looking into your order, yes, you ordered the last unit. We immediately let you know and gave you the choice to cancel the entire order, or just the one unit. We can sadly run short of stock from time to time.

These are complicated orders as they are sourced from overseas and have to clear customs in South Africa. And yet they still manage to keep you informed and up to date, even through the festive season.
