First time to using this scent of smell (Clinique Happy in Bloom) it's a great smell and I like it also. But I love most the "Happy" Scent.

one of the products was different from what i ordered.

The perfume smells great. Its fragrant and flowery. Packaging is good as well (Cara Delavigne). Long lasting scent.

I've ordered 3 perfumes and got 2 only yet they received full payment. No feedbacks from them or assurance that I will receive my perfume.

They have a large collection of products! I am shocked because it is hard to choose haha.

Received my package good and well packed. Kudos team. It is nice to see this in our country.

So disappointed..I have waited one month for my order and then I will received different scent?I ordered Coconut vanilla perfume and then they gave me Pure Seduction lotion.

Up until now i have not received my order. I ordered it last july 26th. When do you plan to get it here?

I order your product last August 20, 2022 but untill now i havent receive it yet.

I was initially just browsing through their website for the A&F Fierce Cologne and added to cart for future purchase. To my surprise I had received an email stating that my order had been placed so I had to question customer service how come. Anyway to lessen the hassle I just proceeded with the purchase. When my order arrived they had sent me the wrong sized bottle (order was 200 ml was only sent a 100 ml). Being it my first time to order, I had to keep asking on how to exchange or just get a refund. Once I got a reply they told me to send the item back for replacement but to my surprise shipping was way too expensive which I found ridiculous so I just asked them to refund the balance; however, it's not allowed. They were gracious to offer sending me another 100ml bottle to cover the balance in which I agreed to. When I felt that it was already taking long for the item to arrive I started sending them follow up emails but didn't get any response nor update which made me anxious. I was already a bit infuriated with my last email and that's the only time they sent me a reply.

Now onto the product. Prior to my payment I even requested for them to make sure to send me a new batch as I knew that older stocks would tend to have a diminished scent and smell more like alcohol. I even got a reply that all items are authentic and of superior quality which convinced me to proceed. Upon opening the package the cologne box (quality and print) already made me suspicious of its authenticity. I gave the benefit of the doubt so went ahead and sprayed but the scent was different from the original and would not last long at all. I'm now stuck with 2 disappointing bottles of their supposed authentic scents. I don't know with their other brands but my A&F Fierce is not good at all. Don't promote yourselves as original if we are just getting class A, imitation or expired (if indeed "legit"). Never ordering again!

Sorry but I am very disappointed with your product. I bought clinique happy for men but it is not authentic. The smell is off, the serial numbers do not match, the sprayer is not color orange as it should be. And the freebie is expired, slimming and whitening coffee expired apr 12 2022. How could you do this to your customers? Is this how you do business? I pray may God forgive you.

This is my first time to order in this store and it went totally good. Fast delivery, the item is genuine and well packed. Till our next transaction

Honestly, this perfumes are not authentic. Class A. Why:
1. The label with the logo ysl is rusty
2. The other cap with the name ysl smeared. I mean the packaging, I can tell it's not original.
3. It was said shipped from London, how come there was a freebie coffee, local brand made in the PH.
The label sticker at the bottom is not sticked or placed well. Seems, used up and being place in the bottom of the bottle. If these are authentic, with the known brands, they are for perfection, that includes the presentation esp with the bottles. So this is not authentic and the smell, omg, too strong that causes migraine. That is how terrible the smell is. I am sorry. Just have to be honest. I would not mind, if after all I was told if these are class A or authentic ones or old stocks, just to set a proper expectation to the buyer. In business transparency and honesty is very important and that includes presentation and appearance of the product you are selling. With these known perfume brands they are known for perfection and into details. I should know, I am a businesswoman too. I don't mean any harm, but at least I gave you an honest opinion based from what I ordered and experienced. Thank you.
