Don't waste your time
Don't waste your time. Job postings here are just meant as data collection, not because they are really hiring.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I have sent 3 applications for job offers from Imploy.
The posts are recurrent on LinkedIn, with updates every month about new job openings.
One of my applications has been pending for 8 months with no progress whatsoever; it hasn't even moved from the 'applied' stage to 'profile seen.'
The same applies to the other two applications—the earliest was 4 months ago and the most recent 1 month ago.
This company should receive a warning because they are damaging their reputation, and in the future, when they really need people, no one will want to work there.
As a recruiter, I can say this approach to candidates is the worst—lacking both empathy and professionalism. Terrible experience, never happened to me before.
It looks fake/scammy to me. It seems they are getting data. No real jobs or companies there.
I've applied to multiple jobs there and guess what, nothing happend. No email, no interview, nothing. It has been almost a year since my first application to their jobs. I see now a lot of reviews and I am not sure why trust pilot gives it a 2.1 trust rate when it has only ratings of 1 star.
Terrible experience just trying to set up an account. They use some whacked-out AI to extract info from your CV, but I think it's on acid because it hallucinates and adds things that don't exist.
You also have to put in companies you've worked for. It's headed "Highlight your professional journey," but I can tell you right now my professional journey is not about to include Imploy.co. Problem: their input mask doesn't recognise most of the companies I (as a freelance translator) have worked for. And the system is so inflexible that you can't add your own company name.
And location? Well, apparently, "Cologne" (or "Köln") in Germany does not exist (despite having about a million inhabitants, me among them).
I gave up after half an hour. Count me among their pissed off potential clients, along with at least the eight or so reviewers here before me.
Unprofessional communication and broken promises – Imploy (Harlev office)
I applied and interviewed for the Warehouse Worker position on October 22 at the Harlev office. During the interview, I was told I would receive a contract and shift details starting November 1, with my first workday expected on November 10.
Since November 1, I’ve sent multiple emails requesting an update. As of today (November 10), I still haven’t received any contract, shift schedule, or response.
This has been very frustrating and unprofessional. Clear communication is basic courtesy—especially when start dates and personal schedules are involved. I hope Imploy improves how they treat candidates and honors the timelines they set.
Horrible! You see a post on LinkedIn and then it redirects you to imploy. It does not load (at least not on mobile). Then when setting up a new profile, it does not let me enter a German area code a number.
Very frustrating
Harvesting your data for non-existent jobs. Don't waste your time
As others have mentioned, you are forced to create a profile. The problem is, your private data is public for all to see, no matter what privacy settings you select. If you've read my review, log in immediately and delete your account.
Which legitimate job posting sites allow listings without revealing the company name or details?
The company forces you to create a profile on their platform, and it is very, very slow and lagging. Once you apply, there is a huge list of jobs that you can apply for based on your skill set; however, NOBODY looks at this.
I have applied for a very specific role almost two months ago, and my application has not even been seen, however, they keep re-posting this role on LinkedIn - in the past month - 3 times.
In the sea of emerging fake job offers, this one is raises a red flag to me.
