Great job by Imperium on our garden room
Imperium Garden Rooms recently completed a 4.8m x 3m building for us at our home in North Wiltshire.
James from Imperium Garden Rooms impressed us even at the quotation stage. His enthusiasm and willingness to share his knowledge, experience and ideas played a large part in our decision to go with his company. He listened to our needs and helped us settle on a design incorporating balau hardwood to cope with the weather, an integral storage area for our garden tools and aluminium bi-fold doors to open up the room to the garden on sunny days.
Communication was good at all stages of the installation. Everyone involved in building our garden room was friendly, conscientious and tidy. The project management was excellent, and we were kept informed of what was happening throughout the build.
Our garden room was completed on schedule. There were no surprises, and the final price was the one originally quoted.
In conclusion, we are very happy with our new garden room and would have no reservations in recommending Imperium Garden Rooms to other people.
