My husband ordered some t-shirts and I ordered 4 rings in the same order. They dispatched the t-shirts after a very long time. The rings were missing. We wrote them and get this reply: Due to the ongoing festival season, we are currently receiving an unusually high number of inquiries. Our customer service team is working hard to respond to all requests as quickly as possible.

This is over 2 weeks ago. I have written them twice after that and I get the same reply. As far as i know the festival season is over by now.

I suspect I will never hear from them and I have payed for rings I will never receive.

Will never shop here again

Absolute rubbish. Don't order anything to UK because they send damaged goods and refuse to replace them. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Once a great and reliable shop, now a lazy non reliable one.

Late on all my orders, take within a damn WEEK for them just to pack your order (for which everything's in stock)

Customer service completely polite but useless as " they dont know what happened" and " can't do nothing more".

So tired of lame excuses. We're in 2022 and i paid my order within minutes, so do your ***** job and stop hide behind your customer service. Just do the work.

Order your merch in USA or somewhere else from more professional stores, the shipping will be just a bit more but you will received your merch before.
