It's still early days in terms of my involvement with imperial wealth advisory so trying to review this type of service involves reserving judgement to a certain extent. But from my own personal experience so far I can say that my retirement advice and pension transfer was handled in a very efficient and professional manner and all the team have been very friendly and helpful. The True Potential portal is also very useful. I would suggest that it might be helpful to make some sort of follow up contact after a pension transfer of this sort is completed to give some reassurance to a new customer about the next steps and that their plan is on track - particularly in view of the general economic situation at present.

An adviser was appointed to me, he was then the personnel contact for dealing with my financial needs and requirements. This allowed me to easy follow and deal with any correspondence with confidence.
