First time house buyer wanting to use a good, reliable local company to do a house survey on a 1970/80's property. Came across Imperial Surveyors. Competatively priced. Emailed to request a booking. Highlighted some areas we wanted specific attention paid to. Date agreed. Paid about a week before and received the detailed survey report the week after the survey. Report was detailed and easy to follow.
Would definitly recommend.

Imperial Surveys offered an excellent service from start to finish. There were a few issues that I raised with the property before hand and they went the extra mile to analyse these issues in detail, the survey came back a few days later which was extremely thorough, I would definitely recommend.

Great service from start to finish. We had a Level 3 survey carried out and it was a really thorough report and the report was returned to us on time. The issues discovered in the survey meant we did not go ahead with the purchase of the property but we will definitely be using the company again once we find a new property. We would happily recommend to friends and family looking for a surveyor!

Booked Imperial to do a level 2, home buyers survey on a property in Stroud that my son is buying. The booking process was straightforward and the date for the survey arranged quickly and ahead of the Christmas break. The report arrived in 4 working days and was detailed with lots of photographic evidence of the issues that were picked up. Would definitely recommend.
