Highest recommendation

Reliable, friendly with great advice on their range of products from finished look, application and the versatility of each product.

From an applicators point of view the guys couldn’t be more helpful with technical advice and problem solving. They have gotten me out of a few problem jobs in the past!

Worst customer service ever !

Worst customer service ever !

Called on friday to report and issue with my paint was told to send photos and they would get this rectified.

Photos where sent at the first opportunity monday after i had to rush around for 2 days having my Sofa/carpet and furniture deliveries delayed as my walls where still not finished.

I was then told that no faults where recorded with my paint so nothing could be done ! The photos clearly show the huge lump in the paint.

I then went back to customer services who told me to send the paint back to them for them to them look into it and investigate what had happened !

What they don't seem to understand is I am not nor should i be responsible returning the faulty paint at my own cost . I also shouldn’t have to wait for it to be sent back and then investigation then be done into the issue with the paint When the HUGE lump that is in the paint is clearly Visible on the photos I sent across.

I called up and asked to speak to a Manager and was told no one was available, the lady on the phone made no effort what so ever to contact a Manager!

The manager has since replied on Google reviews with his snotty reply stating he had contacted me which is a complete lie !

I’m now £200 down on paint, £250 down on a painter and i’m going to lose my deposit on my sofa and carpets as they can’t go in my house when it’s like a bomb site !!

There are very similar products on the market sold by other companies that I would suggest looking into !

Don’t buy from here unless you have endless amounts of time to be messed around !!

Manager has now changed his reply probably 4 times to my review and tried to report it as false on several occasions although he knows full well who i am !

Looks like someone doesn’t like the truth..//

A manager responded in writing first thing after you claimed the paint _fully_ dried in the pot (which we can see that you now changed to 'lumps'). Unfortunately you refused to send it back for us to investigate and rather you threatened us with bad reviews which you did without delay.
Also, we noticed that your partner also left a bad review, not sure how this would validate your claims or resolve the issue though?

We would have appreciated a calm, non-threatening response and sending the paint back so we can offer a full refund or exchange.
In short, we would have appreciated a chance to sort this out for you.

So called 'luxury' products but amateur customer service! Don't expect assistance if anything goes wrong, Manager was useless. I ordered samples (with a £7 delivery charge) which didnt arrive for over 2 weeks because Impera Italia didnt pay the full postage to Royal Mail. They wanted ME to pay the extra £1.50 (and refund me) which I refused to do so out of principle and due to rude customer service!
They then tried to discourage me to leave an honest review online by saying they would take legal action against me! Disgusting! Scroll down and check out his comments on any negative review to get a taster of what this company is like!
Stay away and spend your money with someone who values their customers! ImperaItalia management, I look forward to your "solicitors" letter. Also, you can keep the £13 that I wasted with you trying to get samples.

We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience.

First of all, your full order value has been refunded. Regarding the postage fee, we pay the Royal Mail postage in bulk (due to the high number of small goods ordered) and on this occasion the person handling it hasn't charged us for the full value. We don't want our customers to pay extra postage fees of course and always request the best possible service, even when it goes over the postage paid. We also understand that this is not an excuse.

On the other hand our understanding is that we tried to resolve it to your satisfaction once you informed us about the issue. Unfortunately, you refused to accept the goods, pay the £1.50 and get an _instant_ refund or alternatively, wait for us to get the charts back and then re-send them (this was because we were not able to re-send some instantly as they were out of stock).

It was also unfortunate that you used a combination of personal attacks, ad hominem arguments and threats which we can't agree with, hence why you've been warned against _false_ reviews.
We saw it took you a number of re-writes and one month to get this review online.
Also, it's difficult for us to react to statements like " they wanted ME to pay the extra £1.50 (and refund me) which I refused to do so out of principle " and generally, however much good intention we have to resolve, we're not sure that we can help customers who threaten with bad reviews if their order is late and they refuse to accept any resolutions.

Finally, we don't think that, after many years in the UK retail it would be considered a normal course of action to -again-threaten and then ask friends and/or family to leave further bad reviews (see unverified review left below), search for our colleagues on Linkedin to attack them by name and then spend time to re-write a non-compliant review quite a few times ***because of a late delivery of some charts in value of £13.08***.

We hope to continue to deliver ordered goods within the promised time, with no extra fees of course and will also continue to offer alternative options if an order is late, damaged or something is missing.

Wouldn’t use again

Unwilling to help to resolve an issue I had. The resolution that was given, it was quite clear that they hadn’t even acknowledged the issue.

Product was good and easy to work with.

Delivery price and time good. However for me personally the plaster and pigment were not mixed properly so the product had many streaks of green through and around the bucket too. As much as I tried to mix it barely helped leaving me with more a yellow product than the brown my client wanted

EDIT: We've noticed that more details were added, namely that the product was more yellow than brown. Please be aware that the colours presented are only indicative, due to technical limitations and the natural nature of the plaster. The paint we ordered looked amazing and was every easy to use, however the colour that was sent wasn’t the colour we choose fortunately we liked the colour but wasn’t what we expected when we ordered the colour. Everyone always comments on how much they love this paint!

Paint looks amazing

Paint looks amazing, and the desired effect was very easy to do following the videos on the website.

I done the course a few month's ago

I done the course a few month's ago. Very good course and well informed. I done a few jobs since. Very good products and easy applied after all the information from the course. The guys in the office are very helpful.
The products are a bit expensive but it is a high end product and top quality and leaves my work looking very good.

Very average

Quick service however the emailed invoices etc did not advise when the products were arriving which was frustrating. The paint itself is expensive and you do not actually get very much paint at all. I wouldn’t find myself rushing back

I've just checked, and you placed the order on a Friday at 17:52 when we were already closed so we could only process it on Monday. On the other hand, we dispatched it asap and it was with you on Wednesday, at 9:52. We will try to offer an even faster service in the future!

I’m sorry that you weren’t informed about the lead time, we're already working on a solution that will notify our customers about the delivery time at the time of their purchase.
