Avoid Impecc this company in Tunbridge…

Avoid Impecc this company in Tunbridge Wells at all costs.
Supplied a budget WC when had agreed a mid range WC.
The installer also a sub-contractor did not think of using dustsheets when removing or installing a WC.
He didn't even think of taping up the waste outlet when taking the old WC through the house.
When I brought a complaint I was simply ignored told there were extra costs for some pipework and a syphon (maximum of £30) I estimated I was charged £500 for labour only for 1.5 hours work excluding budget WC which can be found in B&Q for £100, yet the total invoice was nearer £700.

They do not provide a written quote or any specification of what you will receive only a link to accept the quote.
Not interested in following up with the customer only arguing and trying to justify their over inflated prices.

I will never use this outfit again and do not recommend them.

Very Poor Service Didn't Put Right What I Paid Them To Do

I had this lot supply and fit a new Toilet for me last November and when the guy removed the old one he didn't bother to make sure that the new one covered the hole that the previous one had left in the Lino on the floor so I now have a big hole in the middle of my bathroom which looks pretty horrible.I also told him that I needed them to improve the flush somehow because it has a kind of a box thing behind the toilet which houses the ballcock and fills up with water each time it's flushed. The only problem is it doesn't get rid of any crap for about three days unless I crush it all down with a plastic bottle or something which obviously isn't a particularly nice job to have to do.I wouldn't have minded so much if the guy had told me it was physically impossible to improve the way the toilet works but to charge me £627 pounds for being here two days working on it and leaving me with exactly the same problem is really annoying and in my opinion not doing what I paid them for.On the subject of payment, when they sent their first guy over to size the job up so to speak, he charged me £57.00 which he said would be deducted from the final bill. When a different guy came over to do the job I never got the £57.00 deducted off the final payment. When I complained, they told me the first guy should not have told me I'd get the £57.00 taken off as he wasn't authorised to do so.Absolute rubbish more than like. When I got this companies details via Checkatrade,I didn't expect to have just as much trouble with their work as I have done with other Plumbing Companies because that's the point of using them for reference or so I thought.I won't be doing so again that's for sure because I'm in exactly the same position, possible worse off in fact with the hole in the Lino now as I was before, having to crush crap down with a bottle or have it sit in the Toilet for weeks.I've just had to pay £627 pounds for the privilege of having their blokes here for two days.
Definitely not recommended. How they thought Impeccable Plumbers would be a suitable name for them, goodness knows.
