Order not received and no money back
I placed an order on December 21st and have still not received my goods after more than 4 months.
The shipment did not clear customs, I had to pay additional fees, and the package was returned to the sender.
Since then, I have not received any refund.
I have tried to contact the company multiple times via email, phone, their website, and public channels – without any response.
This level of customer service is unacceptable.
I am now requesting a full refund and a proper response. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the case through my payment provider and report the issue accordingly.
