I have studied Ethical hacker from Ec council with them , and they have a massive knowledge and support in order to learn and get the certification. They are doing a great job focusing on 1 to 1 learning and very dedicated.

I completed 3 courses with Impact IT Training so far, and passed my CompTIA A+, which I'm very happy about! I am currently studying for my Azure administrator exam here too. The courses I did were intensive, so the pace was fast. The trainers were very supportive and helped me to pass my exams. Noman taught me CompTIA A+ and he was a very kind teacher. His lessons were very comprehensive and he made sure the students had all the materials to understand the courses fully. I would recommend Impact IT Training to anyone wishing to pursue an IT-related career.

Impact-IT gave the worst customer experience I have ever had with a training company or in fact any potential business partner. Their training is adequate and does the job from the reports I have had from engineers outside my company that have managed to get onto their courses.
However, when I tried to engage them to train one of my team, with a view to have all my teams trained by them, they failed miserably with their organisation, communication and administration. All the basics of doing business. There were some issues trying to book the training course initially that did get resolved eventually but things started to really go wrong when they were unable to take payment, as their “system was down” and were unable to use the usual PO (Purchase Order) process that most companies follow. When trying to contact them, they would hardly ever answer the phone, or I would be on hold for a long time. Emails would take multiple days to be responded to, if at all.
What is worse!! When one of my team was able to talk with them, we were told verbally and confirmed eventually on email that they assured us my engineer was booked on the course, and they would be able to take the payment once their system was back online. I spent my company’s budget on sending my engineer over to the London along with accommodation from overseas to attend the course. On his arrival he was told that the course had been cancelled. No attempt had been made to contact myself, my engineer or anyone in my company to inform us that the course had been cancelled. Upon asking for an explanation, I received a rude and unprofessional worded email in return telling me that they feel they have no obligation to inform me that the course had been cancelled as it had not been paid for and they take no responsibility. It also showed no interest in customer experience with an offer to put my engineer on another course on a different date, make use of his time there on a similar course or offer any discounts or assistance to make some reprieve for the costs we incurred due to their bad service. On the contrary, the email was just the opposite. Further correspondence was of the same format despite polite engagement. If responded to at all.
I would honestly recommend to any business not to use Impact-IT training. If they are willing to treat even one customer in this terrible and unprofessional manner, especially a customer who is looking to do a lot more business with them. As well as have a bad attitude while doing so, with no regard for customer service or experience, then they are willing to do this to any customer.

Went for CCNA, Security+ and CEH, needless to say, Khurram has been an excellent teacher in the networking and security field. I passed all 3 courses with labs, revision and communication provided by them. CCNA was brilliant, it set the foundation I needed, coming for a telecommunications background, security+ was enjoyable and a straightforward certification, this prepares you for the final CEH exam which was an amazing learning experience. Thank you Impact!

I was completely new to IT. And the instructors have helped me alot in completeting it. I done Network+ , Security+ and CEH V12 . Highly recommend for everyone trying to pursue an IT career!

The training was delivered really well with loads of analogy's to help us understand concepts in great detail. I would recommend this company and return for further training should I require.

I doubt the authenticity of everyone putting review on here. I am already in the field of IT before coming to this college and I am very proficient with what I do in my field. My employer enrolled me for about five courses with this school, at first I had a good introduction with CCNA. I enjoyed it so much and I was happy. Every other courses were not up to the level I expected. AZ-900, AZ-104 even though I already have deep knowledge of server, printer, domain controllers, group policy and many more. I struggled to understand what was been taught and funniest things was this guys don't listen to their student. They just want to get the money, give you the information, don't care if you understand or not and that is it.

I did 4 certifications with ImpactIT, (Comptia A+, Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104, Microsoft Modern Desktop MD 100/101 and Microsoft 365 MS-100/101) including 7 exams in total. My experience with ImpactIT was a great, I was taught by Noman (lecturer), although, they are all Fast-Track courses, Noman was able to teach you critical points of the subject, Noman will provide key/tips in prepping your for exams and further guidance before/after getting your IT job. At the same time, ImpactIT will support you when you put in the work to achieve your goals. In the end, I managed to get the job where I needed to be and thanks to Noman for insisting myself to get there. Advice for Everyone: These courses are not easy and you will have to use a lot of your own initiative/innovation to pass these certs, plus, it takes a lot hard work, dedication, and sacrifice.

I would highly recommend Impact IT for your CCNA training. The instructor was clear and concise and relevant materials was very useful in passing the exam.

I have passed Comp TIA A+, security + AND CEH with this company. Excellent and knowledgeable tutors who gave me all the help and support I needed as I did not come from a tech background and it was a career change.
They were always available to answer my queries and deal with the problems I was encountering on the courses in a fast and efficient manner. I would highly recommend ImpactIT training to anyone who wants to learn and pass IT Certifications.

I would highly recommend "Impact IT Training" for Cisco courses. A tutor was very knowledgeable and experienced. I got both theoretical and practical knowledge. I passed my exam on my first attempt and I am considering Impact IT Training for CCNP training now

The teacher possesses a deep knowledge of the subject taught, covers the entire syllabus, communicates clearly and engages the class for the full duration, completes the course in time and super helpful. Their courses are definitely the best value for money and I have the best training ever. The training was good and informative. Helped me with my technical knowledge. Our tutor Noman was brilliant, very accommodating. During Covid-19 times he went out his way to train us. Organised virtual training instantly. Kept us all motivated and focused on our career goals. I completed the following trainings with him: CompTIA A+, Windows 10 and Identity with Win Server 2016. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to start a career in IT. I have now landed my first job as IT Support analyst. Definitely return for more training as I progress in my career.

I wanna really pay tribute to the whole teachers who i have met due to the fact that they helped me a lot interms of improving my knowledge and believe it or not, with the help of them, i achieved my goals which gave me an opportunity to find new job since with the help of my lovely teachers i managed to pass ccna and comptia s+ and comptia a+ and comptia n+, i have no doubt in my mind that without the support and help which was provided by them, i wouldn t be able to succeed. Very happy with the courses and study material provided. I did not have any previous IT background before I started my classes with Impact IT. I have take following 5 courses with Impact IT. Comp TIA A+, Comp TIA N+, CCNA, CCNA Security and CEH- certified ethical hacker. I have sat for CCNA and CCNA security exams and have passed both. Currently I am preparing for my CEH exams.

Overall its been a very good experience and study material provided has helped a lot with preparation for the exam. Teachers are very open to listening to you if you need help. And if you are new to this field then they can suggest you with what courses to take depending on what you want to achieve at the end.
